I really like taking my dog there. I believe she gets great care. The only thing I’m not happy with is they don’t allow you to go back with your pet.

Easy Check-in, the tech's that picked took April to the back were very thorough in asking questions about our visit, Dr. Lon is very caring while giving us options, Check-out was easy, the ladies at the front desk are great.

If I could leave zero stars I would. First, we waited over 3 hours in the waiting room to be seen, then another hour in the room waiting for the vet. Finally, the vet comes in and looks at my dog and then took her for an xray. He comes back in and asks to talk to my husband and I alone, so we go out to the hall and he told us that my dog has bone cancer. I was in shock because all they did was an xray. I said okay.. what are our options? He said we have no options. Our only option is to put her on pain medication to make her comfortable until it’s time she passes away. No other information. NOTHING. Not even suggesting any other tests to be ran to confirm if the cancer had spread. A week later I took her to another vet and she’s been on treatment and is going great since.

I travel from Lyman to Boiling Spings to take my dogs to Ark. Wouldn't trust them to anywhere else.

Dr. Lon is fabulous. The staff is great. I dont trust anyone else with major surgeries or issues with my fur babies. Pinduli recovering after Patella and ACL surgery.

Used to be a really good place to go, but now they don't know the times for walk-ins and the girls at the desk just shrug their shoulders with an attitude. I called and asked them the times they did walk-ins before I came and confirmed the times (9-1030 & 1400-1600). Drove an hour to get here when it first starts (1400), walked in and they sent me out and said to come back at 3 or come another day. Told them about my phone call and they could care less...won't be back

The front staff was friendly, I had some issues with the treatment the doc offered but after speaking with them they were able to resolve the issue.

I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I just had the worst experience with this vet office. Not only are you not allowed to go back with your animal, they basically will refuse to give your animal their vaccines if they show any signs of aggression. What’s the point of having a veterinarian if your cat can’t get the treatment they need? I feel like animals will do better with their owners and loved ones present.

From day 1 with Seger, they have all been great. My boy loves to go see them. He thinks he is there for pets and loving. I’m so glad they love Seger and take very good care of any of his needs.

Everyone in the office is always friendly and helpful! The doctors are always friendly and actually take time to talk to you about your concerns or questions and never make us feel dumb! Our fur babies have all had amazing experiences there, and when we had to make the hardest decision with one of ours the entire office was comforting and took such care of all of us. Receiving the keepsake paw print of our Percy as well as a beautiful hand written note from the staff made us more confident Ark Animal is the best place for us!

This place used to be great and affordable, and then it got bought out.
I wish I knew where all the people that once worked there went.
Looking for a better vets office currently.

My first visit was okay,very nice ladies I haven't met the doctor yet.
