You could not find such better people to deal with. Made it very easy for my time in the area to get around. They kept things very simple. Not sure what I would have done if the locale mechanic had not recommend you guys. Thanks again for helping me in my time of need!

If you are a person of color I suggest you stay far away, the hostility towards black women is ridiculous..I rented a vehicle for 5 days on the third day car ran hot, ok they gave me another car, I drove it for a day and it ran hot I literally went downtown to see fireworks and parked and the car wouldn’t ran hot and wouldn’t crank, due to me being busy for the holidays I couldn’t find the emergency number so I left to call them in the morning about THEIR car but they had already texted me saying I abandoned the car and took my deposit.. he was very mean and they abandoned a whole customer due to them not wanting to be accountable for their unreliable car all while projecting me to be the “angry black women.. it’s ridiculous how low most companies go for 150 dollars ?

Randy and his team went out of the way to make my first experience with Apple Auto rentals very positive. It is not often you find a company that has values like this one! I will definitely be using this company in the future!!!

I was looking for a vehicle for my daughter who was graduating from high school. I was referred to Apple auto sales on hwy 295, so my wife and I stopped by there we walked around looking and the salesman came with a warm greeting to us. He was very informative on the cars they had to offer along with the history. I finally found the right fit for my daughter. We made a great deal shook hands with no hassle. I even had a chance to meet the owner Jim, what a great experience with no hassle.

Terrible service awful business cheap and tore up cars there so cheap there covering the service light with black tape so you would never know if the car would break down or not every bad and they will not give deposit back they will come up with lies to take your money don’t rent cars from them or risk your life in a messed up car
