Always a wonderful experience. Caring and compassion people that work here. The staff is also knowledgeable about your pet. I I highly recommend them. And their prices are reasonable and fair.

After living in the area, I have to say my first impressions were wrong. These fantastic volunteers do great things for the city of Spartanburg, and I hope they continue to help the community.

They were very professional and did a great job with my cat. He is completely healed now and had a much-needed attitude adjustment ?

I’ve taken 3 feral cats to get spayed and neutered so far, and the process couldn’t be easier!

Beyond grateful that this place exists. We usually get rescues from the Humane Society but we found a stray and decided to keep him and all the local vets wanted to charge us between $500-800 for a neuter. Made an appointment with Animal Allies and paid the $79 brought our dog in that morning, and picked him up that afternoon, with no issues at all. He was back to his old self in a couple of days. Very happy with Animal Allies!

Not getting callbacks. been on a waiting list for over 6 months. they never return your calls and emails. This is ridiculous and its also costly. with $50-$80 per cat. They also hold a monopoly in the area with humane societies and seem to take advantage of this. Voicemail box full."Given your dissatisfaction with "our" communication we feel it would be best for you to contact another clinic for your animals. We wish you and your pets well.Animal Allies Scheduling Staff"

It seems like they are a noble cause business but ive got to get my animal scheduled and ive called 25+ times. I always get an automated message saying to leave a message but the mailbox is full.

Best to drive there and talk to someone because there mailbox is full and cant leave a voicemail. There a response from Janie if they didn’t have such awful communication and seems like every time some reposes with a bad review there 3 five star reviews to counter that one bad review so I believe they guy when he said his dog died just pay the extra money get it done right. Been reading there responds to one start review maybe it time to make a call to avma office let them do a audit

Our family cat developed Pyometra and symptoms didn't show up for us to realize until middle of the night. I was in a panic calling all ER vets but the amount they were going to charge was not feasible. I emailed the after hours contact at Animal Allies and was contacted first thing that next morning, they got her in for emergency spay that day and she has been doing amazing. Staff was extremely nice and I'm so grateful for what they do. Without them our cat wouldn't be here today- all other clinics had wait lists and wouldn't budge. 10/10 recommend!! also highly recommend spaying household cats because it almost cost ours her life without the prompt care from Animal Allies.
