I have been here 4 different times to bring community cats for spay and neutering. This particular time I came in with 3 cats to get fixed and 3 microchipped. I was running late for pickup due to heavy traffic. I was on the phone with these people and said I was running about 30 min late. I understand they want to go home and I respect people's time but the way they handled this situation was unacceptable. They were extremely rude about it and said we had to pay 65 dollars for each cat. They had no consideration at all for me. I live over an hour away and told them I was running 30 min late. I did research on there website and checked what the fee was for late pickup and it said 20 late fee and 20 boarding fee. So I asked the next day how it was 65 each cat. So not only were they extremely rude but they also lied. I ended up paying the 40 per animal because I questioned the extra money they were charging and they didn't even have a response for that. They ended by telling my wife and I to pay 40 each but we cannot go back there again. This bothered me because I've been there 4 times before and always was very punctual. There website says if you are a no show for appointments multiple times then they weren't allowed services. Our situation was different. They are at the end of the day customer service reps. They could've handled it different. They handled it emotionally and they are liars. I will be checking with my lawyer on this. I made them aware I record my conversation

They are amazing at what they do and very affordable. There's really no excuse to not get your animal spayed or neutered. They got us in quickly and our pup recovered beautifully. Efficient practice, like a well oiled machine and good communication. Our vet wanted $900 to spay our girl, we spent $120 there I believe including a microchip. Worth the drive!

I truly don't ever write reviews. However, I felt this deserved mentioning. Up until today I had been very pleased with the kindness and attentiveness of this agency. They truly have been wonderful to work with and have worked around several issues I had in getting my cat spayed. In saying that, I was reminded this morning that they are a business and I am just filling a spot. My mother who is 76 years old needed me to help her get her cat spayed. I scheduled the appointment on Tuesday 9/24/24 to take the cat in today, 9/26/24. My mother was all set to take the cat due to me having to be at work, we even had her veterinarian fax paperwork for them to review. However, we live an hour and 15 minutes from the clinic. On any normal day my mother could have driven and it not have been an issue. We live very rural however, due to the heavy rain in our area and it being dark when she would leave I did not feel like it was safe for her to drive. I had to cancel the appointment and was told that I would be able to reschedule but that I would lose the money that I had already paid. I would be responsible for paying again. This is when I was reminded by the staff that they are a business and I was filling a spot. I am a nurse, this hit me the wrong way. I assess every situation and make decisions accordingly. My hearts desire is to show compassion and understanding in all situations. I never want anyone to feel like they are just a number. I was hoping this might be the case this morning. I was told when I scheduled that I would lose my money and have to pay again if I did not show up to the appointment. I truly just thought that due to the circumstances they would be compassionate and allow us to reschedule without losing our payment. In saying that, I wouldn't say not to use their services as I feel they do a wonderful job keeping animals spayed and neutered for a decent cost. What I want to be taken away from this, is that every situation is different, people are not just numbers filling a spot, and its not all about money. Its about showing compassion and kindness in moments when people need it most. That is what will make your business stand out above others. This is what will make our world a better place.

Took my grandpas dog here and she seems to be healing up well. Staff was nice. For some reason when I used my Apple Maps it took me in the wrong direction, opened up Google maps and didn’t have a problem! Will be bringing my own soon pets here soon.

We take all our pets and recommend them. They are very automated but with the turnover they do it is understandable.

Called a week ago about an appointment & left a voicemail, never received a call back. Been trying for 30 minutes today calling over & over again. No answer. Obviously they don’t care about animals

Unemployed, My female was about to go in Heat. She just had a litter from her very first Heat cycle. AA was able to get her in right away at a price I could afford... Her 14 days is almost done and her and her male partner really miss each other. Thanks AA
