Been here all day! Made me miss my pickup for my next load to get me home!!! It appears they are loading and unloading dropped trailer instead of working on the trailers that drivers are waiting on.

This facility is absolutely horrible!!! The guards are good at getting you in, but shipping/receiving will have you here a minimum of 6 hours with only one restroom available and absolutely no regard for a drivers time or other deliveries/pickups…there is no valid reason to have drivers sitting around this long other than pure laziness and incompetence!! If you are an O/Op or someone who can refuse an order here… DO IT. DO NOT COME HERE!!

TBH I booked the load without looking at the reviews and I was biting my nails. Driver arrived at 11:40 and by 1230 he had sent me his BOL's. No complaints here. Thank you!

Horrible place to get loaded. Been here for over 4 hours still not loaded. Never again would I come here. Very slow facility.

Even though I'm here as a temp, I love this job! It's easy work, the people are great and the pay is wonderful.

WOW! I will never accept another load from this place. I arrived here exactly on time for my appointment ( live load ). Seven hours later and I still sit here. Had to get my delivery appointment rescheduled because now I’m late. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before accepting this one. The guy at the shipping office seems like he couldn’t care less!

Terrible waste of time for live loading, stay away from this location . I'm waiting for more than 4 hours to get loaded. I will never accept any load from this facility. People are super slow
