I seldom go to a print shop anymore but Action Printing was one that I frequented in the 1980's so when we were planning our June 2019 VFW Patriotic "D-Day" Reenactment Event for vendors and living historian's, of course I took the work we needed done to "Action Printing" at 140 W. Henry, Spartanburg, S.C. It was a complete "FIASCO", nothing like the Action Printing it was 30 years ago. They'd had our order for over a week, we even gave them the weekend "only to find out that they had never even BEGAN the order." They had our contact info, cell phone number and never once called to notify us of a problem so we assumed our order was in "good hands." It was a time sensitive order so needless to say "too late for our 2019 event." We had a number of order's that we had to cancel because of Action Printing's negligence in notifying us.These patriotic events are an important remembrance of those veterans who served during WW2 [including the D-Day landing's on June 6th, 1944.] There were many disappointed vendors, reenactor's and living historian's so this was a great loss but for certain we will never entrust such an important undertaking to Action Printing of Spartanburg, S.C. again. America needs printer's who are dependable and "get the job done" like our servicemen and women in the armed forces. Not even a phone call? Shame on you Action Printing, "TWO THUMBS DOWN !!"

Action Printing saved the day! Due to changes to printed material, I was in a time crunch to revise the content and print 150 color programs that were needed within an hour. I called them and explained my dilemma. As I was in route to their location, I emailed the program to print; I arrived in 8 minutes. The programs were printed, folded, boxed and ready to go within 15 minutes of my arrival! Not only was the quality superb (we used their recommended paper), but also the pricing, customer service and care that I received that day. Thank you Action Printing for making a stressful situation, not so stressful.
