30 years of filling taxes this is by far the worse tax service office I have ever worked with. Zero communication from this office so unless you are a tax expert yourself or telepathic do not expect your taxes to be done in a timely manner. I have used them twice and had to pay penalties twice. Those are the only penalties I have had to pay in 30 years of filing. And for a company named accountable their only response to their failure to effectively communicate in a timely manner was to blame the consumer for not knowing what they needed to do their jobs. Beware!!!!! Working with this group has resulted in a 66% increase in tax payments for me.
