I went to this location to purchase a washer and dryer set, and we were looking at a Samsung model. This was Tuesday or Wednesday. The employee informed us that they had a used model that they could discount for us and get it to us sooner, and they were just waiting for pictures of it.We were excited and I put down a $200 deposit and they told us they would let us know about the photos of the unit by the end of the day.Days go by and we don’t hear anything. I finally head back up to the location to see what is going on, and I was informed that not only did they not have the used set, they had known about it for two days and had not bothered to let us know.At this point, I was incredibly uncomfortable with the lack of communication and I asked for my deposit back. Then I was informed that they could not give me my deposit back for an hour, until they either got the money from another customer or went to the bank.Thankfully it was only 20-30 minutes before I was able to get my deposit back but I will NEVER do business with Aaron’s ever again. I took my money to Conns and they were more than happy to give me a better unit at a cheaper price than Aaron was offering me for a set that didn’t have as many features. (The Samsung 7.5 set not the 4.4 set I originally looked at).Do yourself and your wallet a favor, GO TO CONNS.

I have been a customer with Aarons for over 10 years. Most of them at the store located on John B. White Blvd. Today, I called to inquire about a laptop and was transferred to a sales associate. I told them what I was looking to buy and what type I needed. The sales associate told me that I could not purchase or even get a price quote from them for they don not service the Union, Sc. area. I asked why and they said it was policy. Well, if that is policy then it is also discrimination. I shop there because it is the store I choose to do business I have paid off numerous accounts with that store and Aarons. So if they want to not serve me at that store then I will just not shop with AARONS again. I will also let friends and family know the reason why .

I have loved my experience with this store. Every time I call everyone is so nice. They work with me if I need a different day for my payments I pay my bills and everything goes smoothly!

Wish I could give negative stars . Been 2 weeks almost 3 in a couple of days. still no delivery also being told I'm not in the system and my order never arrived. According to corporate ( live chat) my order has been in store I had an Express order . Should have walked into store . Might have had a better experience maybe website and store have terrible communication issues.
