The new front staff very unprofessional!! Playing around not paying attention to patients in lobby. When I said something to them they said this is how we act everyday. We are not responsible for patients and when they go to back. Nurses and Doctors are good but they need to get some responsible front desk staff!!

I love my Dr but playing phone tag to get prescriptions is Stupid. Do better when playing with peoples meds Smh

The lady at the front ruins it for the whole office she is so rude!!! And try’s to tell the whole office and other patients your business she doesn’t need to be working with the public that’s for sure!! Kimberly C.
