“Mail gets mixed up sometimes, it's no big deal. I don't see a reason to cry about it like it's a major issue that has world ending effects. Of all the things I wouldn't leave a review about, that's one of them. I'd probably talk to somebody in the office like a decent human being but that's just me. Not getting in here and leave a 2 star review that effects the image of a post office that is staffed with friendly and helpful people who are always waiting with a smile to help improve my day. Not saying anybody did something so juvenile, inconsiderate and overall petty but if they ever DID do such a thing then I'd tell them to find a hobby because if this is what they choose to complain about then they have too much time on their hands and likely spend a lot of it just making other people's days suck as well as advising they step back and reevaluate their persoanlity because it probably sucks. That's if anybody were ever so petty, but I don't think anybody would be that dumb so no worries. Great post office, a true staple on this beautiful town and a land mark of rich and stimulating history. How blessed we are! ??”

I had an issue where a package was marked as delivered but wasn’t in my mailbox. After opening a service request, Traci promptly called me with proof that it was scanned at my mailbox—super professional! Later, I ran into Kim (my amazing rural carrier), who hand-delivered my replacement package and even shared helpful insight about recent neighborhood issues that likely caused the original disappearance.
