The only thing worse than being asked to pay $100 more than the quoted amount was my husband being called a “damn liar” by the owner when he said he recalled a lower price. My husband and I both heard the quoted price and didn’t appreciate the extra cost but could have stood for that much quicker than being called names just for asking a simple question. Would not recommend this group.

Cameron hooked me up with a used table that was exactly what I was looking for. The young men who came put and installed were very polite and professional guys. The table looks and plays great!

We purchased a preowned Brunswick pool table which at first did not meet our performance expectations. Tad took it back to the shop and fine tuned it before returning it for setup using precision instruments. We can now say that the table exceeds our playability expectations.

We dropped into the Marietta store, and it was like having a nostalgic trip back in time. I had mapped out our room and both a 7ft and 8ft table in CAD software, as I had concerns about clearance. Lawrence, the original owner, helped answer our questions and put us at ease about fitting an 8ft table into our smaller space. He recommended a table, and since my wife loved the look of it that's the one we purchased. There was a discrepancy on the in-store vs website price that was noticed after purchase, but Lawrence and Tad immediately made everything right. Great customer service!The table was in stock so they got us on the schedule for install only a few days later. They even texted the day before install to confirm it was still happening, which was a nice touch. It took them less than two hours to get it set up and playable. We had laid out a carpet based on distances to each wall, and we requested they center the table on the carpet. They nailed it, which is great since it's not easy to move pool tables once they're set up. It's also worth mentioning that along with our play kit, they threw in a complimentary shorter stick for my vertically-challenged wife. Again, great upfront service.My criticism is the attention to detail on the installation. They said they were running behind, so perhaps this caused them to rush things.-The first thing we noticed is that the shims they used under one of the legs were sticking out almost an inch.-The next we noticed while playing: None of the side rails are truly straight. All the side rails are slightly angled in towards their respective center pockets, so it looks like the guys may have just eyeballed them during install.-One of the end decorative panels is really loose. Looking up underneath the table, it's clear they stripped out the wood screws that hold this panel in place.-A handful of the staples used for the felt around the table aren't embedded. Some have fallen off. While the felt isn't going anywhere, it's just sloppy installation.-The pocket nets have holes for screws but staples were used. There isn't inherently anything wrong with staples, but in the future as felt is replaced they're going to have to be ripped out. Not a good choice for longevity of the pocket nets when screw holes are provided.Overall we had an OK experience purchasing from Ledford Billiard Supply. For a multi-thousand-dollar purchase I would have expected more care to be taken during installation. (Updated 8/5 as we continue to notice these small issues)

Cameron and his help came and installed my new beautiful Plank & Hyde table. They were very detailed and shimmed and leveled the playing surface to perfection. They were very nice and professional. I would recommend them if you are considering buying a new table. Could not be more pleased.

Outstanding service and best prices compared to everyone else I've seen. The table had a couple minor issues but Cameron (owner) is having someone local come fix it as soon as possible to make sure I start with a more than perfect looking pool table. Highly recommend!

They were very professional when they called to set up a delivery date. When they delivered my husband said that they were very polite and courteous. I will be buying from them again because they were quick with getting me a shuffle board and setting it up.

Great experience. Cameron was fantastic to deal with - he took my call while on the road and pulled over to answer questions. Answered questions via text message as well (with timely responses). The purchase was easy and he coordinated to have it shipped across country and installed by a local installer (who was also very good). He also followed up after the table was installed to ensure I was happy with it. The table looks great - would definitely recommend Ledford Billiard Supply.

I had several questions for Cameron about ordering a Billiard table. He returned my call promptly and was very professional. I had some concerns about how he would coordinate an install since I live out of State in Illinois, and he took care of everything from shipping to installation. I just placed my order a couple of days ago, and he is scheduling the install when my basement renovation is complete in mid-August. I can't wait to get my pool table and so far, so good with Ledford Billiard Supply!

Don't buy from Ledford billiards! Kept my money for 5-6 weeks after telling me table was in their warehouse and would deliver in a week. No communication, when I did mange to get one of them on the phone always conflicting stories. There are many other nicer and customer focused billiards companies in the area, look around in Atlanta area. Was able to get same table in a week from another billiards company.

When we moved to Bluffton, SC, Cameron was recommended by Blatts billiard in NYC where we purchased our table. The Ledford crew was excellent. Very professional service. Great to be back in the game. ?
