If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed an online order for pickup and no one ever came out with my order. Called 9+ times and selected every single extension to be able to to talk to someone. No answer, even HR. Went to customer service and they said there was nothing they could do. To call another number to get a refund..? Ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money.

This place looked like a dump. Not a single part of the store had been faced. They were out of things that other stores had I have never been in a Walmart that was so bad. It wasn't one section, it was the whole store. This management needs to be replaced.

First off, I do not like leaving reviews unless one is warranted. A lot of my bad experiences are because Walmart will not even match their app prices (yes, even sold and shipped by Wal-Mart) . For instance, you can find an item in store for $17 but scan it and in the app it's $10. They will not match the price in store, but you can go out to the parking lot and order for curbside pickup to save the money.. now, for a single item wait 4 hours to get a delayed message. You get the point, this happens often. Could get items shipped quicker. Some items you can purchase 4 year protection plans online, but in store, they will not offer or allow any protection plans to be purchased. That has also driven me to order a readily available item for curbside pickup, only to wait for them to say it is cancelled and not available or have to wait 2 days for it to be ready. Ridiculous. Many times, items will be plentiful on shelves and they cancel the order and mark as not available. Price match policy is basically non existent, so just get rid of it or educate your employees. The online and in store inventory is always off. Out of stock or in stock but opposite on the app or in store. This particular store likes to close their returns department early without notice. (2 and 3 pm sometimes), and one of the managers just stands there, (" Come on, lead your team by example and set the standard for the work ethics you expect"). Workers are just lazily roaming around ( I know, understaffed stores have people taking advantage ). There are the few stellar workers/greeters that do go above and beyond though, and my respect goes out to them and their work ethic having to deal with their team members. This store is always a mess. Other chains put them to shame. Only 2 registers open all day. Simpsonville used to have the best Wal-Mart, but it's now my last resort. Oh, and I think everyone knows not to use the bathroom here unless you are going to soil yourself.. I really do like to see businesses do well, but someone really needs to restructure the entire organization (Online, app, In store). I hope someone higher up can fix things so that customers can start to have consistently good experiences. They could double their profits. Unfortunately, the customer experience here has been consistently bad. I hate it for the people that work here that are stellar employees, makes them even more extraordinary though. To those employees, Thank you for being good human beings!

Meagan is a Very rude Manger. Who lashes out on customers because she can not deal with her position as a so called Manager. Great Meagan u gave your attitude 1 star and the company no stars. Fix your attitude or work in the bathroom

Please clean your self service check out areas. I asked the woman in charge to clean up the station, and she said she didn't have the supplies to do that. At Walmart, no cleaning supplies?

They never have everything I want and need...they are always out of something...I like the neighborhood Walmart on W. Georgia Rd better...they don't carry a lot of stuff but they always have the stuff they do carry

I dont really like putting negative comments but sometimes there are certain people who deserve to get called out regarding their gross personality. This particular person name Rena in customer service Dept. I had money order that need to cash out, for some apparent reason the branch put red flag on the system so I cannot cash it out using my bank. Long story short I called the money gram customer service before I go to store and they told me that Walmart grandview location needs to call them from the store landline for verification... I went to the location, one lady at the customer service dont know what to do so she asked Rena (I remember her name cuz she was so rude and rolling her eyes ) I told her what the money gram customer service have had told me to do and she said "we dont call them and they are not telling me the truth". I was confused for a moment but still dont want to argue with her So I called the money gram customer service back again infront of her and talked to someone and she still refused to pick up the phone and assist me. I was disbelief and disappointed and the same time shocked about her behavior... gladly one of the manager assisted me and did it.. I thank the manager for assisting me before I left and like I said I would never cash my money without getting a call from the store location for verification and to remove the red flag from their system. Rena refused to assist me knowing it's her job to give me the right info and solve the problem or atleast ask someone who could help me or give me the right approach atleast. I think she dont want to learn or just straight LAZY. I know we all have bad days but I just hope people like her dont show up at work and just stay home because it affect the job, the customer and her co worker.

The last few times I have had my pictures developed at this wal mart photo center has been horrible. Not only after sitting at home and reviewing every picture I want to have developed and making sure they are all cropped correctly before sending them to this wal mart via internet to be printed they always have at least 20 percent of the pictures with heads or feet or arms chopped off. Then when I send in the order and they tell me a time they will be ready, one time i waited inside the walmart for over two hours after that time and another time I went to pick them up when they were stuppose to be ready at 11am I went at 1pm and they still weren't all printed and once again chopped up. Also the person that suppose to work in the photo lab has been the same person every time always has an excuse as to wy the pictures are messed up and this is after all three times i pictures developed there she was on a break and had just gotten back so it wasn't her faught I had to stand around forever to just ask for my pictures or wait on them to finish printing once she returned so if you are like me that try to take care of everything online and send them in to be printed, do not go to this wal mart unless you want to end up having to redue what you have already done to have the pictures you want and when you would like to have them.
