Terrible service. Was told 4 different times my medicine would be done on the 16th. Got there on the 16th and was told it would be filled in 15 minutes. Then I went to pick it up only to be told I couldn't get it until the 19th. Since when? They are unorganized, unprofessional and education needs to be implemented into this establishment. Don't waste your time at this pharmacy.

Claimed they never got both scripts from doc. Doc called began to claim never got first one either that I've already picked up. Now still haven't filled one that doc verified.

I have used this pharmacy for quite a few years. For the most part it has been quite smooth if you aren't there during peak hours. Cons at this location- different pharmacists hold to their own policies regarding refills instead of being unified under one policy. What one pharmacist will tell you today will be a different one saying something else tomorrow and no notations are ever left in computer concerning conversation from the prior. The Walmart pharmacy app is absolutely horrific and the employees including the pharmacists have no clue why the apps show one way and their computers show something different. For anyone on longterm medications that your doctor writes for 3 refills at a time that get put on file....you MUST stay on top of when you put those scripts in and any remaining refills you have. I have had quite a few problems with them not refilling the last refill from my previous prescriptions but instead taking their next refill from the 3 new identical submitted. To ultimately after refilling my second month and when time to get my 3rd and final refill they say their isn't any. That's because they didn't refill the last one from the previous 3 month batch of prescriptions. So it makes for a headache and a lot of time to go up there and have them pull up their own records to find where they made the mistake. Over the phone is useless to get resolution. And if you have any prescriptions that expire every 30 days and you have to call it in every month because not allowed through their app by law....then call 4-5 days ahead because I've had several prescriptions expire due to assuming they would call or let you know if they are out of stock on certain medications. Then your insurance company is notified that you arent compliant on the prescription, which in turn notifies your doctor. Then you have to find a pharmacist willing to take the time out to call both your insurance and your doctor to clarify the situation so that another prescription can be rewritten. They seem to have a high turnover of pharmacists and/or pharmacist techs at this location. I can't fault them for application flaws nor their computers not syncing with the app. However, before refilling any prescription, they should make sure all previous prescriptions are filled FIRST if they are identical. And rudeness and attitude is unnecessary. If I am approaching you with respect and presenting a problem whether it be human or computer error, then I expect respect and professionalism in return. Several occasions I have dealt with rudeness. By phone and in person.

Great service. When I first dropped off my prescriptions I just had to wait 15 minutes which wasn't that bad. It was fast and the young lady Amber was very helpful through the whole check out service. Amy the pharmacist told me everything I needed to know. 10/10 would recommend this pharmacy to all my friends. Will get my future prescriptions here from now on.

Even though I don't get prescriptions the staff did help me find products over the counter. They were extremely nice and told me the things I needed to know. Defiantly will go to this store and get my medicine from there in the future.

Walmart Pharmacy does not accept good rx on important medications like other pharmacies. They claim that they can only accept one "Good RX" discount per list of my heart medications pickup. If I wanted to drive there every day or stay in the store for hours picking up one medication at a time then maybe they would accommodate.
