I requested a refill on a script that had 7 refills remaining. I was told the prescription was expired and they would need to contact the doctor for authorization. 10 days later I have heard nothing about the order. I logged into my account and could find no record that the order even happened. I am signed up for text alerts, and yet I never am notified when my orders are ready. I just have to go and hope. I will be transferring future prescriptions to another pharmacy.

I only shop at this store when I'm visiting with my niece in Simpsonville. It's a very convenient place to shop, it's close to her house and there's a little bit of every thing there. It's mostly a grocery store, with a lot of the things they sell at the regular Walmarts. I wish there was one in Easley, but sadly its not, one can only hope that it happens one day.

Dealing with severe illness and when I called the girl lacked professionalism and couldn't find my prescription. I had to call the NP to look into it and contact them to confirm my prescriptions. Then at pick up I only get 2 of of the 3. It's been a challenge dealing with them and the quality of staff and customer service has changed. Went through drive thru twice. Then I get a text that my 3rd prescription is ready only to pull up and still have to wait because it wasn't ready?? I don't know who is in charge there but there's too many sick people for them to treat patients this way.

Was picking up prescriptions. Assistant said wasn't quite ready. I ask how long?.. She said about 10 min. Went on through the store. Came back to pick up meds. Still not ready. Said it would be just a few minutes. 30 minutes went by before my order was ready. I believe 40 to 45 minutes is to much time to be standing around waiting. No one else was in line. Please if it's going to be that long let me know. I could have picked them up the next day.

I used the grocery pickup. The flour I ordered was not in stock so they said it would be substituted. I didn't receive my flour at all so I went back to pick it up. The associate handed me a bag of flour that poured all over me and my car. I told him the bag was busted and he said "Yeah they all are open, I looked" then he said "The associate said she remembered putting it in your car" like I was lying and wanted to come back for a free bag of flour. I showed him the back of my car just to prove to him it wasn't there

I had my Rx transferred from another competitor and I didn’t have my insurance info on file when I went to pick up my Rx. Instead of having to come back another day, the pharmacist and the techs went above and beyond to get me taken care of and had my info transferred! Thank you so much!!

Despite prominent signs insisting "Masks are Required " we saw most employees and customers with masks over their CHINS , noses and mouths exposed.

Extremely rude and incompetent. Had to drive thru the the drive thru three times until they got it right. Didn’t get her name but the woman with the Clemson mask on was the culprit. Horrible experience. Transferred all of our prescriptions out!

The Pharmacist stands out there. She helped me get a Rx transferred and also answered several questions all with a smile on her face. I came home and mentioned to my spouse who said he had a similar experience with her.
