Terrible decision to have ever used this location. Moved to another local pharmacy and saved both money and was treated like a regular person.

Do not fill your prescriptions here. The staff is beyond rude. Was supposed to have a prescription ordered, told them I had an assistance card the pharmacist said she ordered the medication and to bring the card at pick up. Received no updates on the status of the prescription which lead me to call to ask what was going on. No one ordered because it was an expensive prescription…. No one called to say anything or ask if I planned to pay out of pocket. Now I’m stuck with no prescription and have to wait till it’s order. The girl I spoke with did nothing but speak over me while I was trying to explain the situation and why they didn’t have an assistance card on file. If zero stars was an option that’s what would be given.

Safe yourself a trip and go to a different location. Extremely unprofessional staff with the pharmacy and I can guarantee my business will be taken elsewhere. I will also call corporate with the specifics for pharmacy tech who claims to know certain laws and goes as far to call people sketch to their face. The only thing that is sketch was the fact she thinks she should hold any customer service roll at all. Do better Walgreens, you lost this family.

You can always find what you need from a pharmacy!

The pharmacist at this Walgreens is absolutely awful and should find a different job.

If my insurance didn't force me to use walgreens...I wouldn't. So tired of the poor service...no one knows what they are doing . Took 10 days for them to confirm a script and when they did ....they were out of stock. This happens all the time...it's like we live in Europe now. Terrible service and no one cares....

I can not wrap my head around the concept of hiring people with O customer service skills to facilitate a position where 95+% of the job description is working with customers. The "we are short staffed" excuse is exhausted. Finding a job where everything runs smoothly and stress is minimal is unrealistic however I am certain there is not one single member of the pharmacy staff being forced to work there so if the atmosphere is so overwhelming, to the point where you find it impossible to even mutter a "bye" before hanging up, then maybe it's time to find a new job.
I hate to generalize this comment because there may be a pharmacy staff member, here and there, who doesn't seem to want to run out in the middle of Five Forks traffic to ease their suffering but unfortunately the overwhelming majority are unbelievably unpleasant, rude and seem to have contempt towards customers and the pharmaceutical process in general. There is a male tech, I'm sorry for not knowing his name, who has always been helpful and respectful.
I do not completely fault these employees for their actions because often employee behavior is a reflection of management. Whether it be Walgreens Corporate or local management, something needs to be done.
As far as the general retail division of the store, I have never encountered a staff member who was not willing to help or was ever rude.
Maybe staffing their pharmacy with disgrunteled rude employees is Walgreens way to force 90 day Express Scripts even more because I most definitely would embrace the opportunity to limit my interaction with the pharmacy staff.
I see and hear some of the situations these employees deal with and understand how it can be frustrating but it's your job, you chose this. If it's impossible to conduct yourself in a professional kind manner then maybe it's time to find a new job.

I find Elisabeth in the pharmacy rude and uninterested in helping customers. When I presented a coupon for my medication she told me none of the coupons worked and it didn't matter if it was new. I told her just give it a try. It worked. The pharmaceutical companies are making new coupons after the cyber attack. Why doesn't Walgreens know this? I mentioned why this one worked and they might want to share with their customers. Her reply was that she doesn't know anyone on this. I know of 2 and I don't work in a pharmacy. She was just as rude and unhelpful 2 weeks ago picking up another when I was overcharged. When I left today, she pulled out her name tag to show me her name, so I thought I may as well use it!

I am new to using Walgreens and have switched over to their pharmacy due to my insurance change. My experience at the pharmacy was excellent. The tech and pharmacist provided me with great information about medications. The location is hyper convenient too!

Store is fine, but pharmacy needs to find some new employees that know how to treat customers. So happy we could switch back to CVS with new insurance.

The store itself is pleasant - the pharmacy is an absolute JOKE. The nastiest, rudest, least knowledgeable people on the planet handling prescription medication. What a great idea! Walgreens needs to shut this location or restaff the pharmacy entirely. You are better off wandering the OTC aisle before you get anywhere with these absolute Neanderthals.

Rude pharmacy staff. They should really have customer service skills to work with patients picking up prescriptions.

I came here to drop off a package for FedEx. William was extremely helpful and got me in and out in a matter of minutes. The store was very clean and the staff was nice.
