First of all the customer service is horrible. The pharmacist didn't try to help in an any way although I told her I needed my meds by 1140 am... She said she couldn't promise that but I showed up around 1130 and no one was in line and I asked if mine could go ahead and be filled and she told me no... It would be as promised at 1330... This is the last time I'm dealing with rude non caring people and will never go back again... I have a case number pending... Also the little bald headed manager of the store didn't do anything to help. I have had several issues here before but just never called to complain but this time was the last straw the lady Angelina or Angeline whichever one she was was rude to me come to the window and told me that if I ever talked to her that way again this would be the last time I got my meds there... It really doesn't matter anymore because I am switching pharmacies I used to love Walgreens because the prices were always reasonable that I can get cheaper prices and better customer service somewhere else

The last 2 times I've sent my daughter to pick up my meds, this one person has told her they weren't ready, I call immediately & another person tells me they are!

This place has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I have sat 30minutes before closing to just watch the workers ignore me until they close and not give me my medicine.

why do you post you open at 6 am and the play a recording as if your staff is on the line. pretty pathetic... Post your hours when someone is going to be there instead of customers having to pull up to your store and wait till someone who can't get to work on time decides to open the door.... so unprofessional

I don’t understand why vaccines now have to come from pharmacies like Walgreens. I’m sure Walgreens loves the added profit but they add no infrastructure to support this revenue. We make appointments and still wait for an hour because they can’t keep up with the business. To add insult to injury, after waiting forever they came to us and said their systems were down and suggested we come back another day.

As always, I had a great visit here. I like doing the pick up orders but I always en up purchasing a few extra items. I use a few websites to find great deals here and end up fairing better than the department stores.

This is the second vaccine I scheduled at this location. First time I had an appointment, I waited an hour to get it done. Today I arrived 45 minutes early and was immediately told if someone arrives with an appointment before mine, they would go first. I was ok with that. Another person was also waiting and I asked her when her appointment was( no one was in room where vaccines are given) It was already 15 minutes past her time. No one came out to say “ hey, we are sorry, etc.) THEN a pharmacist appeared to say they were running 15 minutes late. By then it was 20 minutes past her appointment. With that said, I knew it was going to be another 30 minutes at least till I got my “scheduled” vaccine. I will go elsewhere from now on. Bottom line, if they already knew they were running late ( due to there personal phone calls, etc. which I observed) they could have told me to come back later instead of sitting there wasting my precious time.

This Walgreens is horrible. My husband was told they didn’t have stock to fill my gmas prescription. I call and said my husband was told y’all didn’t have prednisone. The lady said “ we have plenty of prednisone we never said that” it was actually my moms prescription we needed and they said they won’t fill it bc of others orders ahead of hers when 10 mins ago I was told y’all have plenty. My mom is ELDERLY WITH COVID AND YOU ARE WITHHOLDING HER MEDICINE. HORRRIBLE SERVICE

I was one of the last patients at MD360 yesterday at Five Forks. I was asked where I wanted my RX sent to & I said Walgreens on Fairview Rd. So I would not have to deal with Wal Mart’s pharmacy. Well, I called Walgreens on my drive back to Fairview Road to check on my prescription but the pharmacy was closed at 5:00!!! I know yesterday was New Years Eve but closed at 5:00??? Closing at 8:00pm would have been plenty of time to go home for the New Year! Unbelievable!! I will not use this pharmacy ever again!! Terrible customer service!!

Great phone app and customer service. Been going there for years never a issue very friendly Unfortunately due to wife's ins I have to switch to cvs the plan don't give me another choice which I hate to leave Walgreens already ran into problems right off the bat
