Today's visit to the store went well. Maria was my sales rep, but Johnny also chimed in as well. Both made me feel welcome. The store was clean, well lit, and both sales reps made me feel like a valued customer, even though they've never met me. I brought in my new phone and they helped me get it all set up, and checked my account as well. If I need anything, I'll show up there due to how I was treated.
