This was the worst visit I've ever had at this store. I gentleman was very nice. But while I was talking to him another employee was in a corner laughing at me. He kept looking at laughing his head off. I won't be back.

My new Samsung Fold 4 inner screen stopped working. I spent weeks on the phone with Verizon to no avail. So I decided to go to this Verizon location. Michael, a Verizon representative, was able to order a new phone for me in minutes. I received the phone the next day and was able to get back to business. He was awesome!

Calling the store to do anything is a joke. The automated system appears to be incapable of putting you in contact with someone at the store, trying to direct you to the online chat support that can't do very much. If you wait for a representative then you get someone in a call center who apparently isn't even told how the system works as when I said I was trying to reach the store, he told me "You called technical support."

I was immediately assisted by Preston. He was professional, knowledgeable and help. We left the store feeling like Verizon/Preston, appreciated us as customers.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful. Went in for a color swap and was told to wait for the manager.... Super weird but alas I wait. Waited 20 minutes before asking the salesperson where was the manager was who then proceeded to say "He'll be with you when he's ready" to which I say "Yea I'm seeing that, it's been 20 mins so Id like to speak with the manager now" So, a guy (diff manager) way to the left (was helping diff cust) jumped up out of his chair, starts screaming at me that I can't talk to her that way and losing his mind. I say "sir I'm not here to deal with this I just need to change my phone color" and girl starts yelling "she's not even an authorized user, she's not even authorized to swap the color!" And the guy (named Dan) says "you're not even an authorized user?? Get out!" I said what?? My dad is on the phone?? He's the owner of the account?? What? Why wasn't I told this before? And guy kinda calm a bit and says "oh he's on the phone? Well we may be able to help if he's on the phone but you gotta calm down or I won't help you" Okay bud sure, I'll calm as your veins are popping through ur head. Anyway, he comes and sits directly across from me at the desk and room (which still has only woman salesperson, Dan and myself) goes silent... I say to my dad "over a f****** color" and again Angry Dan jumps up, chair flies back & is about 5 inches from my face. Tells me "to leave or he's calling the police and getting a no trespass warrant" When I tell you I was at my peaks end, that is an understatement. At that moment in time, I knew these people needed some serious training and guidance. The other "manager" who I was supposed to speak with NEVER EVEN CAME OUT before leaving. I was first profiled by the salesperson, berated by a manager "Dan", & ultimately disrespected and neglected by the entire staff of the store. & All over a f****** color. I don't recommend this store to ANYONE & can absolutely see why this store has a 1.5 rating. I'd give it MUCH lower than that if I could. Completely untrained and uneducated staff. Now I see why no one was in it.

Every time I go to this store the employees are rude and makes me feel like I am wasting there time by being there. I will drive 50 miles just not to go to this location.

The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful! They also have a very diverse array of phones & accessories to choose from! Would definitely recommend this store!!! (Thanks Corey & Mike!! )

Absolute worst experience with Alex. Honestly not sure if female or male. Regardless, this person was extremely rude , to the point that when they walked away for a minute , another employee came over and apologized. My phone was broke but repairable when I walked in. But after Alex messed with it , it completely shut down. Lost all my information due to that. Alex said it was my fault. I did something to make it worse in the store when he/ she wasn’t looking. Ridiculous. I left before I did something that would land me in jail. Went to Verizon on Woodruff rd by Whole Foods. They were great to work with. They agreed that my phone could have been repaired but due to Alex at other location I was screwed. Had to buy new phone and still trying to reload all data that I can. I appreciate their help there greatly. Very professional.
