Super helpful! Shane, an associate that doesn't even work in the store, walked up asking to help. My elderly mom is having issues with her phone and account that have been going on for some time. He and Kayla jumped on it and helped us resolve several issues. Super service and super friendly. We walked in ready for a fight and they put right to ease and just went above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Actually across the street from this location shown since they moved. However, great staff, sometimes a little wait to get a person to help but they are always pleasant to work with

Upgraded my daughter's phone, the sales person was very courteous, friendly and helpful. They setup her phone, transferred everything over to her new phone and everything worked great. Get home and they automatically charged me $29.99 setup and transfer fee on top of the $35.00 upgrade fee. I knew about the $35.00 upgrade fee but was NEVER informed about the $29.99 setup and transfer fee. I could have done it myself at home. It took literally 10 minutes.

First experience at this store and it definitely makes me want to drive further to come to this location. I hate the process of getting a new phone, but had to after my phone stopped working. Brandon made the process seamless and helped me save money as well. I was out of the store with a brand new working phone in under an hour.

This was the worst visit I've ever had at this store. I gentleman was very nice. But while I was talking to him another employee was in a corner laughing at me. He kept looking at laughing his head off. I won't be back.
