I went in for my birthday special and Austin helped me with my liquid purchase. The 3 or 4 guys working were all laid back and friendly but also very knowledgeable about their products and diligent in their efforts.I paid the most attention to Austin who was excellent and even made for me a peanutbutter cereal type liquid that wasn't exactly on the menu and it is delicious!It's also similar to a peanutbutter sugar cookie flavor I used to get from a very expensive store that Was my all time favorite...so I guess I have a new favorite! Don't be afraid of the peanutbutter flavor when Austin is around.Thank you Austin and Vapetopia for great products and service/prices. I'll see you guys soon for more!

As far as vape shops go, this place is top notch. Real, genuinely good people and phenomenal customer service. Not a single thing to complain about. On the very rare occasion something goes slightly wrong such as a juice flavor tasting a bit off, or problem with a device, they have made things right by me every damn time.

I’m not gunna scorn the hole star system because of one bad attitude but now I try to contact the owner or somebody in charge and keep getting brushed off! whatever happened to good customer service? People rather hide I guess!I had a bad experience at your shop the other night with the youngest of your employees glasses short dark hair tie dye, Who just wanted to argue me into the ground, weather I am wrong or right you don’t do that to your customers not only that but it made me uncomfortable in the sense that I walked out! I was in trying to buy a new mod that I actually really didn’t even need and a new tank together Worth over $100 The kid didn’t even really seem to want to help me with very little information provided about each product and then told me it wouldn’t really matter anyway because “we don’t get shipments in till Thursday” and “the product and tank” that I was looking for are “outdated” and they don’t sell them anymore so I said you know what that’s fine I’ll still grab another tank from you ignoring the sass coming from him, & it happens that you had a tank that I have had before I don’t really like that tank I had a lot of issues with it I told him that I didn’t want it & it was not the free max that I know, I was looking for the tank with the resin top and bottom the original pro mesh, My not liking of the specific tank was because I had ran into a bootleg one about a year ago and that kind of set that in stone for me! He basically demanded that it was the same thing and started getting nasty when I told him if we’re going to argue about it instead of educating your customer on things that may have changed or new products…Well I can buy all this stuff down the street if that’s what you want to do? He said “have a good night” and I’m sorry to say that I did i left I drove another few miles and bought everything new that was “outdated and not made anymore” btw listed forsale both on the free max sight and geek vape he could’ve sold me anything in the store that night and I would’ve been happy but he chose to let me leave unhappy and frustrated! I spend alot with you guys yearly and at elevate I buy my glass! My uncle owned a reputable vape shop for over 10 years and even on a bad day I never seen his employees talk to a customer so rudely and could not be bothered to take part in their own job! I like your store but with this and the message I received back trying to contact someone unfortunately I’m gunna step back from this place for a little while!

I bought a mod and tank for here. The mod is awesome, but the tank was defective from the start. The tank was leaking, and I took it back the next day. They replaced the coil with a new one. Two hours later, I wasback in the store because it was still leaking. I took it back for a second time. That's when one of the guys told me it was my fault because I didn't have the wattage high enough. I tried it at the recommended wattage the book said, and it still leaked. Went back for the 3rd time to get a refund, just to be told they could only exchange it unless it was a manufacturer defect (which clearly it was). I am very unhappy and will not be back.
