They lose packages all the time and then lie saying they have your package when they do not. They have lost 4 of my packages in 2 weeks. One package was even sent to Clemson from simpsonville instead of being delivered. Then lost for 2 weeks. Calling to complain does literally nothing. Won’t get a call back at all. They will also skip your address on certain days. Is that even allowed???? We haven’t received mail at our address on a Saturday in the 6 years we’ve been living there. Someone seriously needs to step in and do something about this place.

The line can be out the door… and only one person working. Slowly. My post man won’t deliver to my house although I have informed the post office several times and sent him messages on his “will not deliver” paper. I’ve told them my dog is always on an electric fence. The UPS guy plays ball with him. No problems with Amazon or Fed Ex. So I get to spend a lot of time there. Unfortunately. The people there are perfectly nice, but that’s all they have going for them.

I recently moved in August from an apartment to a new home in Simpsonville. I updated this change in order to have my mail forward to the new address. I since had visited the post office off of Fairview Rd. on two occasions. Even providing the info. of the change twice. What is really sad is that I live directly across the road from this post office. Less than 300 yards to be more precise. I reiterated this in the kindest way possible. I never received any mail or packages sent to me, nor billing or bank statements. In addition, my elderly mother lives with me, thank God, she doesn’t need to worry about her medications. Never has this happened in the state I use to live in 5 years ago. Plus, I’ve met others new to Simpsonville who also moved from another state with the same complaint.Yes, paperwork filled out numerous times.Poor management and definitely insubordination. Someone needs to investigate the issues at this branch.

Worst service I have ever used! I sent an iPhone pro Max to Azerbaijan, I insured my package. For two months the parcel could not leave the United States, after that they sent it to China ... where my iPhone was stolen and my parcel was sent from there to Azerbaijan. The recipient did not accept the parcel and it was sent back to me. Now they don't want to refund my insurance and shipping costs! I've been waiting for 6 months... track number CH174829089US
