I was recommend to go here for dhl, when I got there he said he doesn't deal with dhl,but he helped me anyway and I was able to send back my package because of this place,I even tipped him!

I can't speak to their tax preparation acumen, but I found the individual to be astonishingly rude and surly. I would recommend avoiding this establishment, unless you enjoy being treated contemptuously. My worst local experience thus far

Always a great experience when I need to do FedEx drop off. The shop owner is professional and courteous always giving me a shipping pouch for my label and telling me where to put the package.Even takes the time to remind me to take a picture of the shipping label too.

Awesome shipping service! First time experience customer service was way more than I expected. Looks like a one man operation during off season, but you wouldn't know it from the way he engages everyone who comes in to drop off their boxes.I got my package shipped out and arrived the next day. Definitely will use again in the future!

I was told about this place from a friend. She was right! Great service. He didn't think that my package had enough packing material, so he opened it and added more, then sealed it shut with his own tape! Can't get that anywhere I know of. I will be returning soon.

Totally ripped off. Does not have FedEx printing capabilities and printed label off from printer! Charged me $3 to print labels when my return was free shipping through vendor. Didn’t even explain that there was a cost to print! Absolute ripoff artist. Never will patronize this archaic establishment again!

I go here for the convenience, such a perfect and easy place to go drop off any type of FedEx etc. The owner has been in business for 30+ years and is very efficient and thorough get the job done right. Sad to see reviews where people seem to be looking for a new best friend and negatively reported. His knee hurts, did they think to ask how he was doing, no just jumped on in and reported their opinion on how they felt. A picture receipt is all you need, go on to another store it only makes sense if you need something more, go else where, if you need more. Drive further. Remember he's been there in 30 years, hes definitely doing something right, often helping multiple customers with drop off at the same time, yes and sometimes when his knee feels bad, he is sitting. But he is able to stand most of the time. While the customer is always right, yada yada, it's important to remember to think of others right now especially during the covid season. We're lucky after all the years he's been open, he was and is willing to open to serve customers and risk getting covid. I'm personally thankful he was able to stay in business. It's so easy to be negative, it takes some depth and maturity to consider the circumstance, evaluate the situation. Be kind, not snooty. Consider others, don't judge.

Unfortunately this is one of the few bad reviews I've ever done. This is one of my "been there once, will NEVER go back" visits. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Visited 7/19/21, 9:15am. Guy behind the counter would not even get out of his chair and I got NO greeting upon entering. I told the associate I needed to drop off a package (Fed Ex return label) and he very rudely says "SHOW ME THE LABEL" which I did. Then he tells me to take a photo of the label with my phone to prove I dropped it off. I asked if he could give me a receipt that I dropped it off and all he said was he could give me electronic tracking info. I asked again for a receipt and he barked "NO". I stopped here to drop off a Fed Ex return package as it's only 5 minutes from my house, but I ended up driving all the way to the Fed Ex terminal on Mauldin Road WHERE I GOT A RECEIPT! Unfortunately I can't leave a "no star" or "negative star" review which would fit this place. At any rate, I'll never return here and will tell friends to save themselves the frustration and make the drive to Mauldin where they'll get excellent customer service AND a receipt that they dropped off their package(s). And that's the bottom line, 'cause Lee Bo said so!

This location is listed as a "FedEx Authorized ShipCenter" on FedEx's website, but when I came here with two packages (already labeled), the man told me he couldn't give me a receipt for the drop-off. That's absurd. I'm not leaving packages with someone without proof that they've been left at an authorized FedEx location. If the shipment never gets picked up and/or the recipient claims they never received their package, then you are dead in the water! I'm going to look into reporting this location to FedEx directly, as I'm sure this is not how they intend a "FedEx Authorized ShipCenter" to operate. I instead took the packages to the Walgreens nearby (also an authorized FedEx location) and they were able to email me a drop-off receipt.EDIT: Please note how the owner's reply NEVER addresses the issue that I had and is just a self-serving commercial. It's funny how you say Walgreens' FedEx capabilities are limited, yet they were able to email me a simple drop-off receipt and you can't. How do you even ship packages if you can't print out a receipt? How do you print shipping labels? I don't care how honest you claim you are, mistakes can also happen and it's absolutely ludicrous to not be able to provide a transaction receipt to a customer so that they have proof that packages have been tendered to an authorized FedEx location. This is a very basic request and I have never in my life had a business of any kind deny me a receipt for a transaction or claim they can't print or electronically send me one.

Probably the rudest person I have ever interacted with was behind the counter. Not sure if it was the owner or an associate. Has glasses, older gentleman. Scooted across the floor in his office chair, didn't even get up to help me with heavy box. Also, did not help and directed me to take a photo of the label he applied to my box, then after taking it said "show me that, you need to get closer, get up on it" Would NOT use.
