This finance company is a joke and does not care about your well being and will not work with you about your payments. My vehicle have been since last year and I have been paying close to 1500 every month getting it fixed along with paying them high payments. When it messed up on me and I ask for another vehicle with another value they told me down payment is 1500??!!! So it broke down on me again and I nicely told them to pick it up. Do not buy from green light auto in Laurens because elite financial is bad business and not trustworthy at all. The owner and his little bit Frank are very rude and should not have that business at all!!!

Super rude guy answering the phones there, man. Look we all have bad days but it's not an excuse to be unnecessarily mean. Look at your reviews and do better.

Manager was very rude and unprofessional. He contacted my office and spoke with my staffing in a very disrespectful and unacceptable manner.Whomever is over the staffing here should really re-consider. As he would not be working for me.

I’m not sure why Elite has some of the reviews that they do, but I can speak only for my experience. My experience was above and beyond exceptional, excellent and caring. I never experienced with another financial institution that which I experienced with Elite. My husband and I are beyond satisfied with their promptness, professionalism and their knowledge of the financial world. I highly recommend that you ignore the bad reviews and go and experience for yourself what this blessed business, Mr. Pharisee and his staff could do for you. Mr. Pharisee and staff my husband and I would like to say thank you for being a blessing to us ..

Went to pay my bill in person because they are stuck in the 80s. Could barely hear the snarky remarks from the owner behind their new cheesy dimestore covid guard. They are crooks. And not nice. At least you can be halfway decent when you are railing your customers. When my car was paid off it took 2 1/2 weeks for them to take the tracker off. The only thing "Elite" about their business is the level of piracy they have perfected.

They only get one star because I couldn’t leave zero what a sham of a place. Never borrow money even if it’s a small amount from a man named Pharisee.

Run! Several co-workers have been ROYALLY ripped off by this crook. Predatory lending at its best. What's sad is he preys on the African American community. Borrowing money from the mob would be better than dealing with this scam artist.

My fiance was going to buy a truck from them, gave them a good sized down payment and everything. Brought the truck home, took it to a mechanic, found out there was a lot wrong with the truck and it was going to take a lot to fix. Never tagged it up, never touched the paperwork, nothing. Called up the guy at Elite, explained the situation and he said we could bring it back and they'd take care of the paperwork, etc. They were supposed to refund him at least half of his down payment as well. That was about a year ago. A few months ago we went and purchased another vehicle. Found out that Elite had placed the truck against my fiance's credit, and never taken it off even though they promised to do so. Thankfully we purchased the second vehicle outright, but the truck lien is still on my fiance's credit and Elite had the truck on their lot for sale less than a week after we took it back. Apparently what happens is they get paid by a lending facility, and then when the customer brings the vehicle back, they act like the customer defaulted on the loan, even though they told the customer to bring it back. So now the customer does not have the vehicle, never put it in their name or anything, the selling company gets paid and then resells the vehicle, getting paid twice for the same vehicle, while the customer gets stuck having a defaulted vehicle lien on their credit score. I would have thought this would be illegal, but I guess if you can't prove it and they don't get caught, it continues to happen. Anyways, so they are very shady, very crooked, and very dishonest. If you are lucky enough to have good dealings with them, I'm glad for you. People like my fiance though, have not been as fortunate and have been royally screwed by them and are still paying the price for being naive enough to think they were actually an honest business. It would be nice if they at least followed through and filed the necessary paperwork to remove the truck lien from his credit.

Wow I was hoping not to return after writing the review of my repow which by the way I never received my belongings and when I pull up the vin, there's taxes still owe in my name?. Anyway how are you able to get by with doing what you are doing? I'm going to look into the situation with the car collateral repo in my situation. Even though I no longer need the vehicle its just the principal and for some reason my I just so happened can across the tax information and its still register that I owe. Something never added up with that repo especially when I work in auto finance department. I've never heard of anyone waiting two years to repo a vehicle especially when it was in plain sight. After so many days it should of be placed in collections. Its the principal of the story and I know that right people who can assist me with what wasn't handled legally. Thanks to my bestie a former CO she the one who told me to pull up my vin on that taxes
