I called to inquire about a product at the Simpsonville SC location and was very rudely spoken to. The store associate who answer the phone continue to speak in A nasty tone and proceeded to cut me off in the middle of my sentence. Before hanging up the phone, I ask her what was her name and she identified herself as Stephanie. I am shocked by this type of behavior at Ross. It makes me think twice before choosing to be a customer here and having to deal with this type of behavior. This is unacceptable and I would rather shop at a place with better customer service.

Friendly service, clean store. Doesn't appear to have bathrooms which was downside shopping with littles.

Was in desperate need of a safe color bralette to where underneath a dress for a very important wedding coming up. Found one at Ross"s in Simpsonville, SC for about $8.00. Amazing affordable price, but department store quality.

It will always be a place among my priorities to go, not only because of prices, but also because I always find what I'm looking for, and even if I don't, I still come out with something ?. There's no point in paying $50 for a pair of pants at Kohl's when you can get 3 of the same quality at Ross?♀️
