Just witnessed a employee spill ice all over the floor and kept walking. I heard him tell another employee he was on break. Smh.. this is how people fall in stores and we all have to pay for it. QT I am upset that I saw this from an employee not to mention QT stores are usually neat and clean

Always a great place to get a snack or two. The limited time brisket mac and cheese is to die for and the pizza is also a great recommendation. Definitely get the mac and cheese while it lasts!
It’s also a very clean and efficient store. (I couldn’t get a picture of the mac and cheese itself since I had already devoured it.)

Pumps are not properly maintained & won't print a receipt. This happens way too often at this QT. (When using preloaded QT gas cards, a receipt printed at the pump shows the card's remaining balance; going inside is a waste of time since the inside receipt does NOT print the remaining balance.)

This place is inconsistent with asking for ID when getting tobacco products or alcohol. I don’t mind getting ID but when I leave my ID somewhere other than on my person the one time they decide to ask for it, It’s ridiculous

You could eat off the floor. They have so many varieties of things, your eyes gloss over. The truckers can get off the highway and park and sleep. They have their own diesel pumps, so you never have to worry about them running onmver your car. They offer you your a hot meal or clod sub. I had bacon, grilled chicken brest, tomatoes, and baby spinsh. I ordered everything. in the sandwich. I was expecting it to be small. But the nice woman made it huge. It tasted fantastic. The people were incredibly nice. An handy capped parking. Outside eating. Conveniently located right off the highway.

Went in to get a grilled cheese. Placed the order. Saw on the order board I was the only order. Thought, great, this will be quick. 21 minutes later I got sandwich. The lady kept standing around and talking to other employees. When she did start the sandwich , she would keep stopping to carry on conversations w others. When I finally got the sandwich and got in my truck it was cold. Just threw it in the trash. Disappointing. I thought QT was on there game w customer service

As expected, the store is very clean and organized. Qt is the only gas station that is actually clean enough to feel comfortable going to the bathroom and not worry about catching something. They staff are speedy and friendly. Great at multitasking. They have great food options that I trust even though it’s gas station food. They have great slushy options and foundation drinks which are a great price.
