I should be able to give zero stars. This pharmacy is rude and very unprofessional. I was inconveniencing the one that was supposedly helping me. The way him and his lady friend were acting behind the counter, I cannot trust the medication was filled properly and I have to toss it. Very shady.The latest insult was the second strike and I'm not going for a third. Do NOT get a vaccine here of any kind. I got the first round and the second shot made my arm black from shoulder to elbow. This turned me and everyone I showed away from getting any future vaccines.

11/13/2023. While in line waiting for my turn to pick up medication. I noticed the black man worker at pharmacy register. He would fetch the bag of medicine, when returned to the register he took the bag and slammed it down in a very rude and loud manner. He did this to all non black customers. The black woman infront of me was treated with great kindness and her medicine was not slammed down on the counter. Simpsonville S.C. Martin Farms.

The pharmacy personal are alway friendly. Asked for a prescription transfer from another pharmacy and they were able to do it over the phone. Very pleased with this pharmacy.

Terrible customer service. Worst out of any pharmacy I've ever used. Tried all day yesterday to get them to re-bag a prescription for one month instead of three. They had all day and it still wasn't ready the next day when I went to pick up. This is not the first problem I've had. The other major pharmacies never have these issues.

Lady on the phone was very rude and seemed as if I was bothering her to tell her that I needed my prescription transferred. Told me she’d just put it back even though i’m needing it. Genuinely didn’t care or seem concerned at all. Will be switching all of my medications elsewhere.

Stood in line for 20 minutes to get prescriptions and they refused to give to me because I didn’t have a “government” id with me. Showed them a student id and employee id, both had my name and picture on them. Also was using my personal bank card, confirmed my social, date of birth, and address. Same place I always get my prescriptions, so I will no longer be using them. To make me drive all the way home and back to sit in line again for 20 minutes all because the two other official identifications weren’t good enough is ridiculous!!!

Don't bother calling to verify your prescriptions can be picked up. They will tell you when they will be ready to pick up, but when you get there, it isn't ready and they will tell you you have to wait another day to get your prescriptions (despite the fact that you called and asked when they would be ready). And to top it off, the pharmacist got smart with me when I told them that I had been told they would be ready today. My family will be changing pharmacies. Customer service is important and sorely lacking here.

What I can't understand pharmacy opens at 9am,so why do you have to wait until 11 am to get a prescription filled.
