Pharmacy never opens on time. At 9:00 that’s when the pharmacy employees walk into the store BUT they are supposed to open at 9:00 .. no excuse.

I rarely give bad reviews but there are so many times this Publix location has been lacking in service, knowledge, and efficiency. I just refilled for the last time and will have switch to another pharmacy all together.

Worst pharmacy ever. Called a week before we needed to pick up a refill and they said they could have it ready the next day. Went two days later to pick it up and they said “they’re working on it, it’s almost ready”. Didn’t have time to wait or go back for two more days and then they said they didn’t have the medicine in stock. I’m just not sure how someone isn’t dealing with this chaotic disaster.

The automatic phone call said my prescription is ready. But when I came to pick it up, the guy said it has been picked up two days ago and found out he was looking at wrong name. Then he said it’s not ready. I have to wait for an hour to get the prescription filled. It’s an automated refill, and it is just for vitamin D. It used to be a good pharmacy. But not anymore. Very sad!

They’ve had my prescription since 2 pm yesterday and told me it’ll be 30-45 minutes when I went to go get it today. I’m going out of town, so please hurry up it should’ve never took this long in the first place

These folks do a wonderful job. Some medicines are free through Publix and they pull every sort of discount they can between prescription cards and even other avenues to get the best prices for costomers in need. I also love the records they keep of our allergies and needs! It is kind of tough filling a monthly med I have to have because it is a controlled substance (an adhd med). There are a few hoops we all need to go through AND I am allergic to one of the generic versions. The actual name brand is very expensive so they have gone out of their way to try to get the generic versions I can have and will alao provide the name brand if there is no other option. I like that they try so hard to cover all the bases. They are also kind and keep it real when their magic just cant overcome extenuating circumstances lolol....I feel for them and the sheer volume they navigate every day.

(Brittany Neuhaus) I don’t understand all the bad reviews I’ve always had a pleasant experience at this pharmacy. I use to use Walgreens and they were rude every single time so I switched my prescriptions here and have never had a problem. The pharmacist are also very nice and helpful, anytime I have question about an over the counter medicine they always are more than welcome to help. Even the pharmacy techs are wonderful! Love this pharmacy! I don’t think I’ll ever switch again! Thank you for great customer service ?

I’m giving two stars because their pricing for my Rx is better than other places and the support staff is super nice. But that pharmacist. She’s not happy to be there. She doesn’t enjoy her job or working with the general public. I have a schedule II drug and she treats me like a criminal every time I call for it to be filled. She consistently gives me the latest time that it’ll be ready, and often inconvenient times. I don’t fill early, with the exception of once when I was traveling and my doctor approved a one day early Rx.I just called to see about moving my prescriptions and asked the tech if they get these calls often. She said I wasn’t the first and she’s been there a month.Go to Walmart where it’s expected to be treated like this, not at Publix.

I’m about to transfer all my prescriptions. I’ve been going here for awhile. I have 2 medications that weren’t in the bag when my husband picked up. I never received them. I had my doctor send another script. They told me they can’t refill them because I already picked them up. They have “proof” in their book because my husband signed for them. They hand you blank stickers on the drive thru that you sign before receiving your medications. Now they want to charge me to replace the prescriptions I never received.I also had an instance last year where I went to pick up my daughter’s medication and the person working the drive through started asked me, “so what are you, her caregiver?” Very rude.

Pharmacist here is awful. The generic birth control I'm on caused me to have horrible cramps and two week long periods so I needed to go back on to the name brand. The phramacist reassured both me and the nurse that I had received the name brand but when I opened it at home, it was the generic. Not being able to differentiate brands of medicine is horrible especially if your job is a pharmacist.
