Daughter won 2 goldfish from the fair so we had to get our old tank set up. We wanted to get at least 2 additional fish but wasn't knowledgeable about what other fish were compatible with goldfish. We were helped by a gentleman in the fish area. He was absolutely fantastic and the customer service was out of this world. He not only let us know what fish were compatible but he also gave us information on goldfish. We needed to get some additional items for our filter and he stayed to help. The cashier and another worker in the fish area were nice as well. We left with more knowledge than we had before and overall in a good mood. Will return to PetCo.

They have a good supply and variety. I was able to find what I needed for my bearded dragon. I love their vital care program, i save so much! Also, they have great customer service!

my fiancé and i went to the petco to get a pet snake, and the service was amazing. we had Lisa as a cashier and pet handler, and she was so amazing. she was so kind, generous, and caring. our snake loves his little home and we can’t thank lisa enough for her outstanding customer service. thank you lisa!!

The girl was very helpful to let me in on things I did not know about turtles. She knows and enjoys her job. So, if you are out and wanting a good reference, go to your Simpsonville Sc location and she is great with her knowledge.

Best pet store I've ever been to.
I shop there often for crickets, mealworms, dubia roaches and tarantulas. Very clean with an amazing staff.
