I'd give more stars if they would fix all the out of order pumps that have bags on the handles. It's really aggravating whenever the place is busy and you have to wait.

These poor employees need a bathroom they don't half to walk forever too. Might get more people to work there if a break area and bathroom is with the building. Need to remodel that gas station.

Ashley at the Simpsonville location was awesome and very patient. I crossed paths with her today around 6:17pm “after” a long day. She was still pleasant, had great customer service skills and seemed to have the heart of an angel ❤️ . Murphy USA has a real winner on their team, she deserves a raise!

Extremely rude attendants - elderly lady with the red hair and younger lady with lip ring - you have a job in customer service you should be pleasant not nasty to people. These two just wanted to sit outside and smoke (maybe gas station isn’t the best place for that)

Hours state close at 10:30 pm on website. Me and several other cars pull in before 7:45pm and closed. Sign on pump states different times. Need to change on websites. It would save people time, $ , and gas going there just to find out hours incorrect from there advertised hours.

6:50 pm Friday evening they were already closed. WTH ! Is there something Murthy’s not telling the public why they’re closing three hours early every day. I’ve always used them but if they are not open I’ll definitely go some where that is open.

First time purchasing something other than fuel. I asked "how much do I owe?" and the guy behind the counter grabbed the card scanner and tossed toward me without saying a word. I said "okay,where is it" and he pointed to the scanner and of course like any customer I became upset asking what is the price I owe, where then he told me NOT to have an attitude! What!!!! I was asking for a price to purchase items and your so called employee turned it into a game of telling off the customer.
