It's okay. Could be better. Linens are worn , bedspread had cigarette/seed burn. Blanket worn, sheets clean. Saw a stink bud in room and in tub. Mostly clean. Seemed safe. I've seen worse. Price, no pet fee is why I stayed here. I've been to better motel 6s.

Horrible place, dirty, rooms and lines, stinky rooms and the worse customer service ever!! Rude receptionists. The old man act like he doesn’t care your business at all. Do you a favor and spent your money somewhere else. Not recommended!!

Came into town for a concert and had to book here last minute. Checked into room 213. Room was hot and visibly very dirty. Immediately stripped bed and checked for bed bugs. Found dead ones on sheets and bed platform as well a live adult bedbug on the fitted sheet. Immediately checked out. Posted photos on my yelp review.

Power went out due to a storm and caused the hvac to turn off. Find climbed to 80+ degrees farenheit until the power came back on - 7 hours later at 5am. Room was completely unhospitable, but the worst part is the front desks REFUSAL to do anything about a room that i couldn't even use. Awful awful customer service.

Motel6 would not refund even one night, when I did not even stay one night and had paid for two. Would not recommend.

After a 6 hr drive I arrived at the motel,I was greeted by a very sweet lady that went way above and beyond her job to make me feel very welcome. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. When I got ready to leave after a couple of days "Abdul" was very kind and pleasant able. Thank you for the best coffee I have had in awhile but most importantly, "Thank You For Leaving The Light On " #106

Moved from out of state with family. Motel 6 in Simpsonville was safe and affordable for our entire stay. The front desk agents on every shift were friendly and helpful.

The rooms are dirty, floors sticky, toilets run, the windows are broken in a lot of rooms, there's random people outside hanging out, ice machine has mold in it, don't allow visitors, mattresses and pillows are the worst- just save your money and drive up to Woodruff Rd. Better places for about the same amount.Rooms: Gross. Air didn't half work. Fridge sucked. Small tv. Beds are terrible. Toilets run constantly.Safety: Iffy. People hanging out outside, not sure if they even have a room or not, asking for rides and cigarettesWalkability: There's all kinds of stuff pretty close

Do not stay here. It smells like cigarettes, it's dirty, the AC did not work, the toilet hardly flushed, and the sink didn't drain. It looks nothing like the pictures on the internet. We checked out 30 mins after we checked in and went to the Marriott down the street. The only good thing this hotel had going for it is the sweet man who works at the front desk. I didn't have the heart to him we were checking out to go to another hotel.
