We can't say enough how great our experience was doing at the Simpsonville store. Leon is over the top great salesman. He listened to our needs and directed us, he's more concerned about our needs and price range than his commissions. I highly recommend anyone looking for a mattress to go to Mattress Firm Simpsonville and ask for Leon. He's the BEST.

Need a mattress? Leon is your guy! After a couple months of not-so-great sleep, Leon uncovered that the mattress I’d purchased wasn’t meant for my sleeping style and helped me find the right mattress. He also worked with me to get the best deal. Highly recommend!

Patrick and Ryan are two of the most helpful and knowledgeable people I’ve ever seen in sales. I first stopped at the Haywood Road store where I was met with Ryan. Unfortunately, the Haywood Road store didn’t quite have what we needed, but he guided us to the Simpsonville store which had a wider selection of mattresses. There, we met Patrick who was just as helpful as Ryan. He guided us through our sleep needs and taught us that we are not buying a bed, but instead we are buying sleep. One of the most essential things we need in life to be productive members of society. His knowledge was vast. He guided us through economic and expensive options. All along teaching us about how important the quality of a mattress is to our sleep. We made the purchase thanks to both Ryan and Patrick. The service was excellent.
