Do not go here. They. Change your appointment when they want to. You ask for one time they put you in for another time then Charge you for a no show then won’t accommodate you in any way. Call you a liar. And there is no corporate person you can talk to. They. Basically treat you like trash and say they don’t care if you cancel or not. Thank God my bank is refunding me. Don’t go here or you will lose your money and the massage was awful. Worst one I ever got definitely not with the hassle.

Made online appointment, they called back and said prices were going to be 20% higher than what I booked on line. And then said that they would charge me a cancellation fee on my card if I did not call back to cancel. What are you talking about, take my card info then say it is 20% higher, and if I cancel they will hit my card? This is the old bait and switch routine, snake oil sales model. Will never cross the threshold of their doors. Told them I was contacting BBB, she said go ahead. They have told corporate many times about patron complaints, but corporate will not change the policy.

Liars, fraudulent charges, DO NOT come to this location. And NEVER sign up for any of their monthly services they will tell you one price and charge another, then if you can’t use it they will continue to charge you. If you call and try to cancel they will tell you that you have to come in, so you can’t cancel. And when you do go in to cancel they tell you that they won’t give you your money back. What was supposed to be a nice Christmas present last year turned into a NIGHTMARE of price gauging we couldn’t get out of - WARNING - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

My massage was great but after what was booked as a $135 service on the website with a $125 gift card was informed after my massage that my balance after my $125 gift card was $73. Very misleading, irritating, frustrating and leaves you feeling scammed.

I had a massage scheduled but unfortunately was unable to attend my session. My husband had a emergency call and was unable to stay with our son. I spoke to the representative explained my situation on the day of the massage and tried to rescheduled and was advised I could but they would be taking my whole credit of the gift certificate massage. As a customer I could understand taking a portion of the certificate but the whole thing is insane. Empathy is definitely not a skill Massage Envy has.

T. R. A. S. H. I was very specific in what type of massage I wanted and the areas I wanted. I advised her of my right shoulder and my left ankle, My therapist did my left shoulder and basically “rubbed” my ankle. I told her to apply a little more pressure, she did for another 90 seconds, and it was right back to “rubbing”. I remember saying to myself, while she was “rubbing”, “I’ll be glad when this is done !” In my head. Not to mention, the therapist i had was a female, and the room we were in had a male’s license, so it wasn’t even her room she was in. It was a complete waste of my money. I feel no difference from when I walked into this place. NEVER going back.

Worst experience ever!!! My husband got me a massage certificate as a gift, huge disappointment!! 1st off, you have to fill out a bunch of unnecessary paperwork, ( people, Im just getting a massage, not a medical treatment) then I wanted a deep tissue massage. I've probably had thousands of these, but this woman was nearly the death of me! This place is nothing but repeated sales pitches & pressure sales. I will never return. Complete waste of money. ? AND when you complain or write a bad review, they do nothing to handle the issue themselves, they pass the buck to some worthless web address. This place is the epitome of a joke!

Went for a massage here when visiting my sister and gad a great experience so I decided to gift her a massage. She went in today for a massage with Kristina. She is sleep deprived from having had a new baby and mentioned several times how much she needed sleep or was exhausted and still kristina talked through the entire massage. I was an LMT an and that is one of the first things they teach us. I am disappointed that instead of having a relaxing visit where she could get some deep rest she had hwr ear talked off and received unsolicited baby advice from someone who has never had kids.

I had my first professional massage today by Nick. I had no idea what to expect and was a little anxious at first, but Nick was very professional and easy to talk to. I was comfortable the entire time, and he seemed to love what he does. I could tell he was a very genuine person, and I’m sure he will go very far in this industry. Massage envy should be grateful to have him. Girls at the front desk were lovely as well. Thank you guys for the great first time experience!

Have booked there more than once and THEY have cancelled more than once on me at the last minute. If I cancelled within 24 hours they would charge me. However they get to cancel and I just have to say ok. Plus you have to book weeks out. Find somewhere else to go.

They overcharged my mom's account by $45 when she only intended to give a $15 tip, and when she asked about the charge, they said they couldn't give her the money back but would put it on her account in the form of points. The issue is that her account is closing soon, so she was already trying to use up all her points, so adding more points that they should have never charged in the first place is only making the problem worse. Now she can't get those $45 back. We have no intention of renewing our membership.
