Ok so my experience here was horrible the guys name was Jake he was so stupid didn’t have a clue about anything in the store he is such a idiot it’s not even funny at how dumb and unintelligent he wears a stocking leg cap in the middle of summer bruh it’s 100 degrees out anyway don’t recommend him at all he’s back there in appliances and when I asked for someone in the cabinet department he said he kinda works in that department what a dumb bunny

Don't have the help that they should I worked there in the past I was able to help some customers while I was in store this happens a lot,but it's okay. Did receive some help from one employee Kenneth R. Store was clean and looked to be stocked.

All self check out unless you go to lumber or garden. I cannot stand no customer service. It's like they don't care for the customer any more. Could not get anyone to help load a small freezer. Had to go find our own trolly! No help at all! Will go to Home Depot from now on. Hopefully they care.

It’s pretty sad most of the items don’t have a price and when you scan on the app, it’s states unavailable. The staff laughed at me when I asked for a price on lumber.

Had a Project Source (Lowe's brand) shovel. It broke but it had a 5 year warranty. They would not honor the warranty because I could not produce a receipt. Who keeps a receipt for a shovel for 5 years???
Have spent over a thousand dollars with Lowe's over the last year but it's time to take my business elsewhere.

Go elsewhere if you are looking to get a new kitchen done with them. I repeat GO ELSEWHERE!! It's been a complete nightmare. We are spending a lot of money to be treated like crap. Measurements all wrong, sent wrong cabinets a few times. Still waiting for the right order. Said it was delivered to the store. Made a trip to the store, waited one hour to be told they have it but can't find it anywhere. If we could do it all over again we most definitely would. This is a warning to not deal with them for a major project!!! I've been shopping at Lowe's for many years. Purchased all .y appliances, light fixtures, fans, tool etc..but today they lost a valued customer.

After waiting for 7min for someone to unlock the cordless drills at Home Despo, I drove over to Lowe's and was in and out in 10min...AND they had a sale!!! Yay me

We did a home project. We made many lowes trips. We paid with several payment types and the lowes credit card. We needed to return a few items. A door handle and 2 boxes of nails. 1 thing was bought with our credit card and the other 2 were on other payment forms. We were able to find one. There was a box of nails. 20$ worth. We couldn't find that payment method. We asked for store credit bc we were there to buy other stuff. The lady told us she couldn't do anything for us. We asked for a manager, she said she was. I'm not sure though. However, over 20$ and that experience we left and went to home depot. I also paid off my lowes credit card and closed the account! I'm tired of being treated any kind of way at these big chain stores and I as a consumer am going to start making changes in where I shop!

I went to Lowe’s to buy some garden fencing. I couldn’t find anything big enough to carry it to check out. Oh it literally fell off of the large carrier into the floor and I knew loading it back up would result in the same thing all over again. It was metal and slick. I went inside the store and a young woman named Lani was working. She asked if she could help me. She was just incredible! She got another huge cart and we loaded up two big carts with the fencing. Then she helped load it into my car! She is bright, knowledgeable, helpful, and a truly kind person! And she’s so great to talk to that I think she could teach customer service classes if she wanted to do that! I just can’t say enough great things about her! Our Simpsonville Lowes is so fortunate to have Lani!
