Lowes Foods is a nice, clean, and well-run supermarket with a very good selection of everything. The store is organized and delightful, making for a fun grocery shopping experience. It features separate little areas for chicken, meats, and seafood, with one of the best meat departments around. The store carries excellent local products and makes a lot of its own items like sausages. The distinct theming of each department is fun. They always have really good specials, running a good sale on something like shrimp or other items. While some staples are on the more expensive side, shopping sales yields excellent deals. The store has a great beer variety in its Beer Den and Cavern, along with good convenient meal options. Other features include fresh coffee sold in bulk and ground as desired, and cafe-style tables for resting. Employees are pretty knowledgeable, polite, well-mannered, and friendly. This family-owned and Carolina-based grocery store is a fun place to visit, even for a happy hour, and provides everything on a shopping list.
Have a hard time walking so only a couple feet to pay.

My receipt says this location is at 2815 Woodruff Rd, Simpsonville. But close enough.Lowes is a "Family-Owned and Carolina-Based" grocery store, says the receipt. It is also a fun place to go for a happy hour on a Friday afternoon.This delightful store makes a fun grocery shopping experience.

Well the Cavern and Beer Den drew us in. We shopped, getting everything we needed then headed to the beer den to enjoy a beer. Andy was great, as usual, and gave a nice local hazy IPA selection.
