Awesome customer service given by a member of management named Brad. I needed some missing screws for my barstools and Brad helped me with replacing and finding the correct screws. I needed was such a small thing, but the customer service I received was a big deal! Thank you so much for your help.

I recently moved and needed some things for the new house. They only have self-service at this store. I don't want to scan my purchases. At my stage of life, I'm not a cashier, nor do i want to be. There were two guys standing nearby, and I asked the clerk, Amy, if they were managers. She said they were. I went over to them and complained that there were no cashier stations open. The one guy told me it was corporate policy, and I could call them. I said I would. As I turned to walk away, the one guy said, "Have fun with that." I turned back around and told him that was a sarcastic remark. Not professional at all.

We had such an awesome experience with Charles in window and doors! We were deciding on which glass screen door to choose, and he had so much useful information when making a decision. He not only was so patient with us. He was also so kind and professional. I have always had a great experience at this Lowe's and will continue to shop here !

Ridiculously rude associate at self checkout. Had no concept of personal space and refused to move after I mentioned I wasn’t comfortable with her standing so close to my kids. She made them uncomfortable as well as they were standing almost right up on the self checkout trying to get some space.
Associates throughout also didn’t speak to any of us at all

Employees walking around leaving carts strewn across aisles making it impossible to get through. Aisle management is horrid and violates accessibility laws. One employee was walking around talking on his cell phone on speaker while the person on the other end was complaining about how poorly the company treats them. Ridiculous behavior and poor customer service all around. Go to Home Depot and save yourself the hassle.

Horrible customer service. We had bought a 3 piece shower kit and had it loaded on 2 different carts and a few other smaller items totaling roughly $1000. As we were leaving I was stopped and asked did I pay for my items as we headed out and went through a self checkout line. There were no registers open with an employee. I felt humiliated. I do NOT recommend Lowes in Simpsonville that's anyone. Rate as a ZERO

Went to buy a garage door opener, got down to where they were and they decided to close off the aisle. I asked, could you give us just a few minutes to pick out what we need? She said, I'm sorry, you need to go to the other end of the aisle, we are closing this one. As we walked to the other end of the aisle I was telling my husband she could have given us a few minutes, and the employee on that end started mocking me. Sooooo.....we left and went to Home Depot...walked straight in and purchased a $200 garage door opener. Customers pay your bills sweetheart....you lost a $200 sale because you couldn't wait 5 minutes. Not going back . I would have given no stars if it had been an option. Terrible customer service.

I wish I could give this particular store zero stars. Worse Lowe's location that we've ever been in. Nobody ever picks up the phone no matter which department you select. Does anyone even work at this store? I've tried for over a week to get someone on the phone and have called 9 times today, entering different department numbers with no luck. It's like the place has no employees at all. When you go into the store it feels as if they just hire anyone who walks in off the street due to their lack of general knowledge. Even the manager doesn't have a clue. This location needs a MAJOR overhaul including a new manager that will actually take care of your customers.

Almost no social distancing or customers with masks. The cashier in the garden section did not have one on and came to stand next to me when I asked her a question. I always prefer Ace but I was hoping to purchase stones. Not many here.

Do yourself a favor go to Home Depot. Lowe's is simply the worst. Employees are useless. No managers anywhere. Forget about calling. Rude. Took weeks to get my order. Somehow when the morons at the customer service (joke for a department) "helped" me my delivery got delayed longer.

Good service. Needed some specific items for a project, another hardware store in the area didnt have the necessary items in stock, lowes had it unstick, for less money and assisted me with the purchase process. Good job by a large hardware store, not a common thing, these big chain stores rarely are very helpful but this location was today at least

Took 70 minutes to purchase a toilet. Went in knowing model # wanted; located the person in plumbing for that shift who didn't know how to operate computer. He called for supervisor "Jay" who told him he was too busy to help. Salesperson got 4 other employees from other departments to try and help. None knew how to add installation cost to the order. (All department installation screens are supposedly different, I was told.) All 5 employees asked "Jay" for help who refused to come. Not upset at employees who have not been properly trained, but very upset with store manager who will not assist employees when they ask for help, and in turn, help customers. Was told he does this often. "Jay" needs to be promptly caned in back of the store and then sent looking for a job that he can fulfill; customer service is not Jay's strong suit.

The worst customer service ever. I went in to buy appliances. After 15 min my wife went to the front and was told 3 people were working the area. 13 min later I called the store from inside asked for the Manager on Duty. Told him how long we and 2 other customers waiting. Some half wit showed up. Then he screwed the delivery instructions. Not sure if I ever will go back.

We went to Lowes 2 times in the flooring section and neither time were there any associates around. First time didn't matter much but the 2nd time we were ready to buy all our flooring supplies. After waiting a few minutes we tried both Call Assistance buttons which BOTH did not work. We found a very nice associate from the kitchen area that tried to find both associates that were supposed to be working in the flooring department and couldn't find either one. After waiting over a half hour we left and went to Home Depot where we purchases everything we needed. Poor customer service cost Lowe's a lot of money yesterday.
