Please make your dressing rooms more visible/advertised. Do not need a grown man coming into the dressing room in the girls’ clothing section while my daughter (and other girls) is trying on clothes! I know there’s a dressing room in the men’s clothing section but it needs to be more visible/clearly marked.

Kohls Simpsonville imhas an amazing staff, friendly and helpful. The store us always well stocked, and while checking out they always make sure you take advantage of the sales. This week they had an amazing. I racked up.

Kohls is one of my favorite places to shop. This one needs a refresh. The smell is unbearable and the clothes I bought smell the same and it won't come out! Smells like mold. I now drive 25 minutes farther to the Kohl's on Woodruff.

Black people entering the store in a group of two or more are followed as though they are going to steal. Associates do not greet, speak or ask if you need assistance they treat you as a thief. I find it very disrespectful!

Organized, clean and usually the selection isn't picked over as badly. There's plenty of parking and both the store and lot are well maintained

Very nice selection of shoes. But when you ask an employee a question, the customer service rules says that to answer the question right away is good customer service. The customer service clerk heard the question and immediately started to investigate without saying a word. It's really best to say something like yeah I'll get right on this, or I'll look it up and see if we have it.
