I don’t understand these low ratings. I’m thrilled I found this practice when I moved to the Upstate. My new PCP, Dr. David, is exceptional. I feel completely confident in her care.

They do not code your annual preventative care visit as such and you'll end up paying out of pocket.

Medically negligent, stay away. You may die if you let them care for you. It was so bad, I'd need a few paragraphs to explain. So please just take my word for it. Money is their main priority, not your health.

Recently switched to this office and we are very happy with the service. Dr. Annie Gersh is very knowledgeable with an eye for detail, excellent listener and quick to respond to questions. She is also very kind and pleasant to be around. Staff is kind and efficient. Overall experience is very good!

Horrible service.. always something and never in and out fast.. went for. Covid testing told I had to do Virtual then told during virtual I have to come get tested but had to pull around back to a spot.. get there call the number 40 mins go by nothing.. apparently it was too time computing to keep my appt time and come out for 10 sec and swab my nose.. I call told someone will be out shortly. Lies after lies from the front. She hadn't even called the lab to tell them so I was waiting for no reason. Even after calling the front 2 more times for someone to come out I'm feeling horrible I have my kids who also feel horrible.. the same kids who had an appointment this morning got in to the office got tested and had our results with in 20 mins and leaving..

Reading the last negative review I had a similar experience. I questions Lee’s care and also received message in my chart that I was no longer welcome. From 2 virtual visits they diagnosed me with bronchitis. Well guess what. I have pneumonia. He stated he had a physician review the care he provided and said physician agreed with him. Take it for what it’s worth.

Dr. Allen over prescribes people with multiple medications at a time. I’m surprised she hasn’t had a lawsuit or her license taken.

If I could give the place zero stars, I would! I can tell u what they are going to say every time we see them...its viral.. let it run its course! At first I thought Lee genuinely cared thats why we stopped seeing Bynum who literally told my bf his foot fungus was fine to leave it alone since it didn't hurt...ok! We switched! Lee seemed to be great but wound up being the same way. Trying to push antidepressants on someone who doesn't need them. Even with all the little things, the straw that broke thr camels back was seeing him virtual (bc they prefer that, u can't tell accurately over the phone) and him choosing to not help my son. Let me explain. We got a kitten. Kitten had ringworm, we got ringworm, did a virtual visit and prescribed a cream. My insurance wouldn't cover it wo a prior authorization or to just send a prescription for both creams and I could mix it. He said it wasnt worth the time to do any of that, just to buy over the counter. He said it was better. So we asked him why we needed drs then? My bf messaged him on my chart letting him know that was not only lazy but if it was for his kid he would do it. I paid for the cream out of pocket. That was early May. I received a letter saying they won't see me, my bf, or my child again bc that was inappropriate ? behavior. Telling him that was not inappropriate and definitely not terms to not see us. He left us struggling with ringworm and no dr. It's Oct and we are still struggling with over the counter creams. He got paid but failed us as patients! I do not recommend this place at all. Also, the lady ruby that answers phones is one of the rudest people and if she don't like her job. She should find a new one! Just some advice try finding out what's actually going on with your patients and uphold your oath to help!

I am a patient of Dr. Robertson and in my opinion he is an outstanding physician. The appointment ladies always get me in the same day if I am having issues. They communicate well on MyChart with any questions or concerns.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would I was trying to call and make an appointment and the lady that answered was SO RUDE! First she said she couldn’t hear me because i had her on speaker phone and once I took her off she kept talking over me like wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences no wonder this place has 3 stars. Trash.

My husband and I needed to establish ourselves with a primary care doctor. We both went to Keystone Family Medical. He saw Dr. Cody Robertson, and I saw Dr. Henry Bynum. Oh my goodness, from the front office staff, to the CMAs(mine was Barbara) to both MDs, we saw professionalism, friendliness, caring, and extremely thorough care! So glad we got into this practice.

I have been coming to this practice for two years. The past few months trying to schedule a appointment here for just a yearly check up is very difficult. The ladies at the front desk that answer the phones are very rude and do not want to help. I know COVID-19 has stressed a lot of offices but come to find out they do nothing with Covid-19 or even the flu anymore. I have not received a call back or message in MyChart to help schedule a yearly check up/blood work. Will try again in a couple of months.

I have been going to Keystone for a few years. Recently, I have had numerous problems with a nurse by her not calling in prescriptions properly, calling them in to the wrong pharmacy, the wrong medications, and making appointments I did not request. I sent a message marked personal and confidential to inform the doctor but the nurse deleted it. I have decided to get a more trustworthy doctor and nurse elsewhere.
