I discussed with the owner to have bi-weekly service from April-October and tried to pay in full “cash” right off the bat. We agreed in the conversation to come on Thursday or Friday due to our busy schedules and wanting to enjoy a fresh cut yard on the weekend. I have the conversation if anyone wants to see!! First trip they came cigarettes all over the place and did not edge per said agreement. I kindly asked the firm to edge and they said”next time”. Next time they came on Wednesday (we were very specific on days requested and stated-if you can’t do it let us know) and I kindly asked please come on the agreed upon days of the week. I have the text that says “yes sir”. I have check #’s where I paid even though they have not fully kept their end of the agreement. Now, no one has showed up and no communication. After multiple text the owners says they work on M-TH and he has lots of accounts. IF YOU CANT BE PROFESSIONAL and DO WHAT YOU AGREE TO…DONT TAKE THE JOB!!! DO NOT USE and If you do, plan on cleaning up after them. Also, they will not do what they commit to. Again, I have all docs from checks to texts!!! Lastly, Rick Kellett stated he personally would cut our yard himself since it was a smaller job and easy to do!! We have not seen Kellett on our property yet!!! That should tell you something!!! First cut they came and did not edge per our conversation. no big deal and he said they would get it next time. Next time the cane on Wednesday and I kindly asked to please come on Thursday or Friday and I can show any pending customer the text where the owner said -yes sir no problem. Now they never showed up again, no call nothing!! I text three times before I get a response and a lame excuse they work M-Th. and he has over 200 account. if you can't do what you promise and commit to DONT TAKE THE WORK!!! again I offered to pay in full and I have two check #'s where I paid in full to the agreement and they definitely did not keep their end. Also cigarette buttes all over the yard. STAY AWAY and DO NOT USE!!!! False advertising!!!

Had a great experience with Rick’s team on Saturday when 60 bales of pine straw were delivered & spread by Cody & Logan! They did a wonderful job from beginning to end. Price was very fair & reasonable for the quality of their work. The edges are beautifully rolled & their attention to detail all worked to make my yard look beautiful. And, Rick was a pleasure to work with from my first call. I highly recommend them!

Kellett has done the landscaping at my place of business for a few months now and they do a great job. Rick is very professional, and he and his crew have really helped our landscaping appearances with their work. I can't recommend them strongly enough.
