“Tim and Brad were both very helpful and professional with me in discussing a wifi, with Verizon this time, as well as a newer phone. In handling the order, I made an error that caused them to need to meet with me once again. Both times were quite pleasant and all was worked out quiet well. The Verizon hookup was so easy and convenient. I am also thrilled with the new mobile smart phone I got (Samsung 25).
