i’ve called a couple times now asking to get my shot records, and they’ve said that they’d mail them. it’s been 2 weeks since the last call and still no shot records. i can’t come in because i have moved states. i need these shot records for college!! these people do not understand urgency…

Very helpful, kind, and understanding people. Dr. Taylor is great, and the nurses and receptionist are kind as well

I have been with Holly Tree for 15 plus years and their quality of care has steadily declined. I am very healthy and don't go to the doctor often, but when I do I really don't want to argue with an uncaring nurse practioner about my symptoms. They seem more caring of the brand than their patients.
