Today I visited your location in Simpson ville, SC as I always do. (I did find what I needed as usual.) I got to the cash register and the cashier and a customer were having an in debt conversation about politics so much to the point it became offensive. We all have our opinion however the cashier (Micah)should know when to stop when others are present since he is at work. He was so involved in the conversation he didn't acknowledge my presence and took his time to even ring me up. While ringing me up he still never spoke to me and looked in a totally different direction. The friendliness he gave to the other customer was not there. As I was walking off another customer came up and he immediately acknowledged her by greeting her. "Hi there how are you? I hope you found everything you needed today." Unfortunately race is still an issue in the country...

I love shopping at this hobby lobby, they always have the greatest clearance and it’s very clean. The workers are extremely polite and always willing to go the extra mile to help you find what you’re looking for. Sometimes even the fellow shoppers are extremely helpful to find what you’re looking for as well.

It's not very often you walk into stores anymore and get an employee wanting to help a customer anyway they can. Then there's Niya at Hobby Lobby! She made my day there's no doubt. Thanks Niya! Your kindness goes a long way. Love the sales here and all the options available as well. I'll be back!

Why are the ladies who cut the fabric so rude? At miat fabric store the ladies are friendly and helpful. The ladies here snap at you or just plain make you feel like you're ruining their day for needing something cut.

Definitely don’t like being racially profiled in this store. Why do my wife, kids, & I, have to be profiled just because of how we look? We’re paying customers just like everyone else. But to feel like we don’t belong is crazy. Under constant surveillance, we couldn’t shop in peace. Then the same old lady’s had the nerve to talk nasty about us amongst themselves and other customers, while they continued to watch us in the checkout line. The only good thing about the experience today, the cashier Whitney D. She made us feel at ease. You guys need to evaluate some of your employees. That’s not the proper way to handle business.
