After having horrible experiences with two local credit unions, Greenville Heritage got me taken care of. I did my application online. The process was smooth and seamless. I called in to get some information and the agent was very nice. I'm glad I decided to go with them for my personal membership.

I opened an account in this office a couple of weeks ago. My experience at Greenville Heritage Simpsonville was the most pleasant one at any banks I had my accounts. From thenice young lady at a teller window to the new account manager, Cathy... everyone was kind and helpful. I recommend this bank.

Fix the App! I'm always having issues getting on my mobile app. I bank with wellsfargo as well and have never had this issue. Fix the issue because I live to far to travel 35 mins to the bank. I may just need to switch banks.

So I tried to exchange coins for cash today. The money is from my 7yo collecting all the change she could. We no longer have a local account as we bank with USAA. The teller told me because we didn't have an account she couldn't exchange it. When I asked why, she just kept repeating herself. I'm genuinely a curious person and even told her I wasn't trying to cause problems, I just wanted to know why. She again repeated that they can only exchange for members. If you don't know, then say that Andale see if someone else would know. It took me going to BOA to get the answer for that and it made perfect sense. If you don't have an account and there is a problem with the coins or it's short, they can just go to your account and get what was missing. That took all of 2 minutes for a BOA rep and myself to discuss. Maybe educate your staff or make sure they don't just keep repeating when there is a legitimate reason other than, "if you don't have an account, we can't exchange it".

Wow. After years of doing business with this bank and taking out several loans, they wouldn't cash a check in my and my wife's name because "she doesn't have an account."Really? Do they actually value their loyal customers or just want their money? It is clear that it's too risky to do business with them. Goodbye!

The staff is unprofessional, and rude. I opened up a savings account for my daughter, and the staff is clueless unwilling to help answer questions about the web site, etc.... Horrible experience, and I've dealt with a lot of banks in my lifetime.
