The staff at the west Georgia rd/ Standing springs rd location are always friendly and always do a great job on my haircuts.
Requested style: I work outside and love my hair to be short. I always get it shaved on the sides and finger length on top. It doesn't matter which stylist does my hair they always get it right.

We just went there this past sunday to get haircuts for me and my daughter! The staff was ok! The girl who helped me was so unprofessional she didn’t even smile or greet or anything and just cut my hair for the sake of cutting didn’t even do whatvi exactly wanted to do. Same with my daughter she said she cut 2 inches but she barely cut anything for her! We always went there for our family haircuts but i guess not anymore! Ruined my haircut and style!

This place is great.I scheduled an appointment online and it lets you know where you are on the waiting list as well as an estimate of how long of a wait.I arrived and only waited 5 minutes before getting my haircut.Not only could you not beat their prices,staff is also very professional and courteous.

I’ve tried this location several times and the staff (all of them) are repeatedly grumpy! I’m done with this place. Word of advice, take your money elsewhere!

I have been in this place seven times and attempt to get my haircut. Each time is 45 minutes to an hour wait With three customers and four employees. I think someone needs to remind these ladies. This is not a high price salon, It’s great clips.

My worst nightmare come true: I went to get a trim about 20 minutes before closing time, I didn’t realize they were closing in 20 minutes, and I apparently angered the stylist and, come to find, also the only manager in the store, Jada but did not realize it until after she, angrily, butchered my hair. Long story short, I’d been growing my hair out for over a year after having to cut it all off unwillingly, and it grows very slowly, and it was almost long enough to tuck behind my ears but I needed just a slight trim on the sides because it has way too much volume and was getting pouffy. Jada allowed me maybe 10 words when trying to explain what I was needing, a simple .5’ trim, before interrupting me because I was apparently annoying her by answering her questions about what I wanted done. In the end, I left with about 1.5’ cut off and she LAYERED (slaughtered) it (you may recall I said I have way too much volume, naturally, and that was the point of the sight trim to begin with-she layered already pouffy hair). I’m left with hair that looks like I’ve done nothing all day but keep my finger in the electric socket and because it is so short now, there’s available nothing I can do about it. I can’t curl it, I can’t straighten it, I can wash it and keep it natural, I can’t present my hair at all now. I literally have bought 12 head scarves so far, because I am so embarrassed by the way I look, to match with my various outfits and to not stand out. I did finally pin down the district manager (both the store and the customer service chat line said that they cannot give out any upper managements names and/or business phone numbers, which is extremely strange to have absolutely no recourse in this sort of nightmare), Tabitha Irby. She offered for another stylist to take a look at my hair and when I obviously declined that offer and just asked for a simple refund for just the haircut (bc Jada also washed my hair-she did a perfectly fine job at that so I didn’t think I was being unreasonable by asking to have my money back for having my hair butchered), she said she would need to look at my hair first, herself, despite all of the before and after pics of my hair I provided to her in multiple email correspondence, before refunding my money. I made an arrangement to swing by at an arranged day and time but I decided it wasn’t even worth my trouble and anxious nerves about having another stylist from great clips even peep at my hair from afar, afraid of what may happen so I forfeited my refund of what, $12 or something? It was purely on principle, something Great Clips does not seem to have. I would add my before and after pics here on this review but I am not kidding you when I tell you I am embarrassed and ashamed of my hair and how I look and feel about myself with this new dandelion of a head on my shoulders. My recommendation? Steer clear, go literally anywhere else or just blindfold yourself and cut your own hair with your non-dominant hand, I guarantee you’ll have better results.

We checked in online. We walked in and no one greeted us like they normally do. We took a seat and waited over 20 minutes. Finally, we had enough and left. One salon worker was sitting down acting like she didn't feel well. Another salon worker was complaining about wanting to go home. I normally don't leave reviews but this experience was terrible. I

Don't waste your time. They got no clue in what they are doing. You want your hair jacked up then go here. they have messed up my son's hair twice already first time I gave them a pass but they did it again. Jada was the only one that could cut hair but she apparently does not work there anymore.
