Hayden for the five forks location at Gotta run made my experience their great. He made buying shoes easy, fun, and cheap. He analyzed my foot and was very laid back and nice. He made buying shoes for the first time awesome.

Excellent customer service. Michael helped me find a shoe with the right stability and cushion. I am just getting in to running so it was nice to have someone explain the brand and style differences.

This store is good. I came here two different times for trainers and racing shoes, Quinn (I think that is his name) really knows his stuff when it comes to shoes. The selection is a bit lacking but I found what I wanted anyway. I like the more personal feel of the place and this will be where I buy all my running shoes for the near future. I have only had good experiences here. ?

Great customer service and super comfortable shoes! Shopping here was so much better than hunting for my size and dealing with all the inconveniences at the larger sporting goods stores.

Quinn was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to find the correct size of a new brand of shoe. He was knowledgeable about the differences in each type by the brand we were looking at, and was willing to order the specific color online.Very good experience.

We had been to this store over the past 3 years multiple times. Every time we had fantastic service, attention to detail and felt they truly cared about taking care of the customers!We learned today that the old manager and staff had moved on. They have taken a severe downgrade in their new guy! He did not share any knowledge, recommendation or for that fact even do much. For the purpose of this review I’ll call him FETCH! Mainly because that all he did. Not sizing, questions, or recommendations. He still had the former managers picks up on the shoes that are no longer there! After leaving us while we were trying on shoes. He turned his attention to the other person who showed up to work. After giving him a overview of the “new point of sale system” we had to ask to purchase our shoes that we sold ourselves!He must have been in a hurry to leave since he followed us out of the door to rush to his car.Gotta Run has a whole new meaning!! In the future we are Going to Run somewhere else to buy our gear!
