Abi is super friendly and helpful, took care of our tire installation, alignment, oil change, and filter change quickly and very professionally. Both cars in our family now can carry the alignment package because we trust in the great service we will receive in future visits!

I dropped a tire off to have it plugged. They took my information and said they'd call when it was ready. On the 3rd day of not getting a call back, I stopped by to pick it up only to be told they don't plug tires.
I admit, I ranted a little bit (not full Karen mode) on the way out.
Went home to plug it myself only to find that they had removed the valve stem cap AND the valve core!!!!!
I guess I should have known better tho.
I had scheduled an appointment a couple months back to have ball joints replaced on my truck. When I went in to drop it off I was told that they wouldn't be able to get to it for a few days and asked if I could leave it. Needless to say, I did not leave it.
Absolutely unacceptable!
VERY poor customer service.

Visited this location on 5/27/24 I had a scheduled appointment for 800 am for 4 tires did not leave until 10.50 almost 3 hours for 4 tires will not go back as others have said appointments are useless. What's the point of making an appointment?

I went to national tire and battery the person at the counter made nothing but excuses why he couldn't get it done I called Goodyear down the street the young lady told me they were extremely busy but they would get to it right away this is how business is succeed I've been in the automotive industry for over 30 years from store manager to district manager the one thing I always taught my people come on down we'll take care of it this is absolutely how business is done national tire and battery you got a lot of work to do

Fantastic!!! They put some transmission fluid in my car for me, that I could not do myself due to my poor eyesight for free. I thought that was incredibly kind of them.

We got turned away today to patch a hole in a tire because “they still had two appointments left and no guarantee they could get us in today”, even though when we walked in there were 6 people standing there doing absolutely nothing. Suddenly when we stated what was needed, they all scattered. Thanks for nothing.
