Rude pharmacy staff. They should really have customer service skills to work with patients picking up prescriptions.

I came here to drop off a package for FedEx. William was extremely helpful and got me in and out in a matter of minutes. The store was very clean and the staff was nice.

Rude girl at the pharmacy , asking questions that was none of her business. Finding new pharmacy, called corporate and did a report.

Not sure why this is even a fedex location, I had barely walked in the door before they told me they couldn’t take my package because it was too big. Nowhere on the site does it say anything about size or weight limit. Waste of time and very rude.

Unfortunately my insurance doesn't use any other pharmacy and this is my closest option. Currently sitting in the drive through (No one else in line) and no one has acknowledged my existence. There are always plenty of people working but they won't acknowledge you until they are ready. A simple, "welcome to Walgreens, we're pretty busy at the moment and will get to you right away" would work WONDERS! This is my third time here and every time it's the same. If you really have to stop, then you have to stop but get ready for the wait!

Yikes...just went to the pharmacy and the young lady working had her mask around her neck, was seriously coughing all over the place, and handling medicine, money, insurance cards. I'm shocked.

My husband and I both need a shingles shot. I went on line for this Walgreens on Woodruff Road and made an appointment for both of us at 11 and 11:10am. I downloaded the form it said we needed to bring and filled out one for each of us. I also printed out the appointment confirmations that was sent to my email. We had our insurance card and a list of all immunizations that we have had. I had everything organized in a file folder. I thought with all this done we should be able to get the shots fairly quickly. We arrived at the pharmacy and told the lady what we needed and that we had appointments. She looked at me like I had lost my mind and said you can make appointments? -- I didn't know you could make appointments. Then took one look at the form I had downloaded and said that's the wrong form. I said ok how long will it take to do everything we need to get the shots. She said well, we would have to fill out the right form and then they would need to fill out another form and then have them entered and scanned into their system. And there was only 2 people working in the pharmacy -- waiting on customers and the drive thru as well. We said no thank you and left. So Walgreens Immunizations Services and Schedule Vaccine is a joke. DO NOT TRY TO GET YOUR IMMUNIZATIONS AT WALGREEN, their employees don't even know anything about it. We got nothing for all the time we spent trying to do everything right, not even an apology.

I just got off the phone with the pharmacy and they were very rude. There was an issue with my insurance and they will only pay for half, which I'm fine with. The lady was snapping at me and said I will have to call every month our system can't do that. Might be true but she was a total b**** about the situation. I will be looking for a new pharmacy that takes TRI-Care. Nice Way to repay a military family.

This Walgreens came in clutch on Christmas this year. After searching for an hour for beer pong balls, we finally found them here! Happy birthday Jesus! We're ready to celebrate thanks to Walgreens!
