I will never give my business here again. Per the website, they require an online check in due to Covid. I checked in online after driving 30 minutes for a quick haircut. I get there and the stylist says they only allow appointments so my drive was for waste. She wanted to argue with me about what the website says. Don't waste your time. If you want a generic and easy haircut, go to great clips or somewhere else. Extremely unprofessional.

Online information is not accurate. No one is in the office. There is a sign on the door for when you arrive to break the bad news to you. Thank you Famous Hair for wasting my time.

I made an appointment yesterday and when I got there the the sign said they were at lunch and will be back at 6:30 however nobody came back so I canceled that appointment and change it for the next available appointment on their website which is at 10:15 the next day. when I got there I waited for 12 minutes before anybody even greeted me and when they finally did they said I’m sorry we don’t have any appointments available. We told the others that booked on the web to come back. The store really needs to get more organized. the only reason I was attempting to go there was because it was closer to my house in my normal salon but needless to say I will never be back

Just moved from another state and went to try this salon. I had the chance to find a treasure, and her name is Mel (Melanie). She is a kind, professional, and talented hairdresser. She did a great job. I'm so happy I found her. Thank you Mel!

Despite the negative reviews I decided to give this a try for a simple split end trim , I scheduled an appointment with the lady over the phone for 10 am . I arrived to an empty shop with a sign on the door stating that they will open at 1 pm ... A simple text could have informed me if something had come upsoo in my opinion that was highly unprofessional and showed lack of care towards customers . In the future , no matter how much of a hurry I am in I will stick to going based off of other reviews .

I went in for a trim. Very sad to see that no one, not employees or customers were wearing masks. Its just not something they seem concerned with. Very irresponsible

So I walk in and they say they'll be right with me. From what can tell, there's 1 person getting their hair done. It looked as if 2 other employees were sitting across having a casual conversation. I look through and the back door was open and another employee was sitting in her car, door open, enjoying a cigarette. A guy walks thru the back door and starts a conversation on what they all want for lunch. In the time being, I'm still sitting up front and no one yet to come up and ask me if they can help me. Apparently lunch orders are more important than customers. I walked out. Sad.

So grateful for the wonderful staff at this salon. Not only has their sanitation and mask wearing procedures been phenomenal through this whole ordeal, but they always go the extra mile to make my grandmother(who has alzheimers) feel safe and at home everytime we enter their facility. Great Clips won't do that! Thank you guys so much!!
