Went there tonight, Kat was extremely rude, charged me wrong and then wanted to argue with me. Won't be back. The gentleman there that was stocking the shelves was extremely nice though. Kat could learn from him.

This is one of the most unprofessional family dollar stores that I have ever visited. The customer service is terrible and some people should not be running the store or have a job.You don’t talk to your customers like they’re trash and yell from across the store to leave bc it’s 2 mins past closing.I definitely won’t be recommending this store or decide to come back again. Dollar general down the road is generous and they actually know how to talk and treat people, so I’ll go their.Sickening!

If the store is supposed to be open until 9pm on a SATURDAY, why is it 729pm and they are closed on a SATURDAY???

You should update your working hours. I got there at 9:40 pm and it was already closed when google says you guys close at 10

Yesterday around 4:00 PM, I went into Family dollar with the expectations of getting a specific product that I knew they carry. Unfortunately there was none on the shelf. I got something else but I knew that it wouldn’t work as good. When I got to the register I explained my frustration and my desperate need for this particular product I was seeking. The store clerk was very understanding and told me that they were stocking the shelves and just haven’t unboxed the product yet. She proceeded to go and get the product for me. She went over and beyond, which it should be just a normal act of duty but today it’s rare. She deserves all the praises and is very much appreciated.

This store has went down in the last year or two! The store is always a mess, boxes everywhere. The floors are nasty. Staff don’t acknowledge customers. Employees talk and text on personal cell phone, having a personal conversation while ringing the customer up. At one point the cashier told me to rip my own receipt off of the machine while he texted on his phone and talked about resigning from the store. The best thing this store has going is the location. That’s it, that’s all.

When I arrived at Family Dollar store number 8068 at 430pm. There wasn't any vehicles so I didn't think nothing of it. But I see why there wasn't any vehicles in the parking lot because the doors were locked. The employee could've left a note be back or I'm not coming back sign on the door. Umm that's bad for business the owner of that store isn't making no money. As I was pulling out more other vehicles pulling up thinking the store is open which it suppose to be. So unprofessional and I will not come back.
