Disappointed- I normally don’t shop at this location and I won’t be back- I was ringing out two gallons of water and the 1st one upon swiping said need clerk to override but continue scanning so I set the gallon in the bagging area but I could not see anything on the screen. I then tried to scan the other bottle and it it would not allow it to go through. So I’m waiting just a minute or two for the clerk and he clears it and then looks at me and says it’s because I never scanned the water that was sitting in the check out. I had to correct him, Stating that I did scan it and before I ever set it down it said the clerk needed to override and then a white screen. That just did not set well with me! I am a loyal CVS shopper , I’ll be honest everyone was nice there, it’s just the way my last interaction with the gentleman was handled. It could have been handled in a more professional manner. I felt as if he was accusing me of stealing, the way he looked at me. I’ll keep Loyal to my Fountain Inn, CVS!

The lady by the name of Kayla in the pharmacy area is disgustingly rude. I have never been talked to like that by someone in the healthcare business.

This place is terrible.I am visiting from Florida and my cardiologist sends my heart medicine script to them that was received at 8:45am. I went into the store at 9am to make sure they had all my insurance information and the woman said she did.She asked if I wanted to wait but I said I would come back later and she confirmed the medicine would be ready.At 5:45pm I go to pick up my heart medicine and I am told by the girl it's not ready.I am told they had to order and come back tomorrow and "maybe" it would be ready and I said "maybe" doesn't sound like it will be there. I asked if she could check another CVS only to be told that I should call the CVS in target.I said I am the customer and you don't have my heart medicine and you want ME to call another CVS?She said yes and I proceeded to leave and asked the cashier when the store manager would be there and she said 10pm.So I go to CVS in target and the pharmacist told me the other store had it but under a different manufacturer.All they had to do was make a call and it all would have been resolved but the other CVS didn't care.Just horrible customer service. Don't need to ask if I will NEVER go back to that CVS.

I spent 2 hours waiting for my medicine only to be told at the end that they only had 1 of the 3 that I needed, so I had to wait 30 more minutes for the other.

They always take forever. Granted they're the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area so they probably get more business than other places, but even if it's going to be an absurdly long time they have no idea. Last time our child's antibiotic was part of a "drop shipment" meaning they wouldn't even get the truck with that medicine until lunch. We'd already been waiting in this for over 12 hours and certainly didn't want to wait a full day for our child to get the medicine she needed. If you're that backed up stop accepting more prescriptions or tell people it'll be awhile! After I suggested it, not them, they finally admitted transferring to another pharmacy for that prescription would be faster and it was.

Terrible service- Minute Clinic canceled my confirmed appointment because I was 2 minutes late due to a massive car wreck right outside their location. We will be taking our business to somewhere other than CVS if this is how they choose to treat their customers.

This plavr us ridiculous arrived told me should be done in 30 minutes came back almost hours later and then told me should be done in another 45 minutes..Luckily it's not like it's medicine... wait that is exactly what it is.Get your medicine from somewhere else

I’m giving 5 stars because I appreciate the conveniency of the pharmacy being open 24/7. Truly is a life-saver, the pharmacist Dr. Wael is so very kind, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly cares about patients / customers. Yes they get busy, and yes wait times can be long. But that’s truly out of their hands, the least we can do is appreciate that they’re there to help US! I’ve also encountered another sweet pharmacist whose name I didn’t catch, she was very kind and took the time out of her very busy day to answer my questions about a medication in-depth. Thank you to all the pharmacists and techs.

This is BY FAR the absolute WORST CVS pharmacy you could go to. Fake promise times. They will IGNORE PHONE CALLS ALTOGETHER. The front end manager even said the pharmacy in their store is terrible. That says it all. Sat on hold on two different lines for over an hour with no answer so I reached out to front of store who in turn went back to ask the pharmacy my question. When he got on the phone again he said ma'am I'm sorry the pharmacist said their doing the cash register and he other person is running the drive through so they aren't answering phones or filling prescriptions.SMH. wth kind of service is that??? .

Never been treated with such disrespect from any establishment in my life. completely unprofessional, from every person I came in contact with. I called 3 days before I needed my medication to confirm, then 8 hours before I came to pick it up. once I arrived I was told I couldn't pick it up till the next day I left confused, called my doctor and confirmed the pharmacy was wrong. Came back to let them know they made a mistake and was made to wait sitting down for several hours. Any time I asked about to the status of my prescription I over heard the Manger say push his back meaning to make me wait longer. Has to be the worst CVS around.

My son was just refused being seen at the minute clinic. The doctor there was so rude and arrogant. He said he had no time to see him. There was only one other person there. I'm furious not only by the refusal but by his arrogance and rudeness. We will never go to that minute clinic again

In the past 2 weeks we had to go to this cvs for 3 different subscriptions. Me, her, and our 2 year old have all been sick with different things. She went directly after the first time, they told her not ready, but will be in 30 minutes. She went a second time and made sure to make stops on the way so around 30 minutes have passed. She gets there and they say not ready for 30 minutes. I wait 2 HOURS before going and get there and they say 30 minutes
