Previously, I've had mostly positive experiences at this location. I know my experience today is not entirely on the staff, but I'm rethinking being a customer regardless.
First, I tried requesting same day delivery through the app and it was quite the ordeal. I ended up getting charged $5.30 TWICE to reactivate my membership and it still says inactive. The membership should include free delivery, yet I was charged another $10! I called the store around 11:45 for help and the first girl tried to explain the difference between extracare and carepass and basically implied that I wasn't understanding the extra care card didn't come with delivery like I'm the idiot when she clearly didn't understand the issue. The second girl told me I could call customer service but couldn't help me. Frustrated, I hung up and just paid the extra fees. My order processed at 12:45. My order was supposed to arrive between 1:30-4:30. I was supposed to get a text when it was picked up. 4:15 and still no word from CVS so I called the store back. She then starts asking me what address I wanted it delivered to. It's just funny that they couldn't help me with this this morning when the app was giving me trouble. Anyway, confused AF bc I already placed a delivery order anyways AND had a confirmation number. So she says she'll have to place me on hold and call the help desk bc they weren't seeing my order. So she places me on hold ..I'm on the phone for 23 minutes total. She comes back and says there's nothing that can be done except to replace the order with her to be delivered TOMORROW. Bc during the 23 minutes I spent on the phone with her, the cutoff time for delivery orders was passed.
Oh, and the support email provided BY CVS is invalid. They are such a joke.

The absolute WORST pharmacy. They refused even Allison the manager to speak with MY eye care doctor on the phone and pretty much holding my Glaucoma drops from me which could cause me to go blind. The complete opposite of what a care team is supposed to do. IF you choose to work at a pharmacy you have to want to care for people's health. Not prevent them from it or picking up because they just don't feel like it. Completely disgusted . Remind you they disrespected and refused to even speak with me doctor when he called. Disgusting team and people here. This pharmacy needs help.

One name: Allison Whitney. She refuses to fill prescriptions based on nonsense. I had my doctor call and speak with her about two of my prescriptions as directed by the pharmacy. She refused to fill them based on diagnoses I have that she believes contradict one another, therefore questioning the prescription of these medications. My doctor could not talk any sense into her and called them into a different pharmacy. Not only did Allison Whitney go in circles with my doctor, who told me about their interaction so that she could see where I was wanted those 2 prescriptions sent, when I went to CVS to pick up another prescription, Allison Whitney bombarded me with the same circular talk. I simply sat there and nodded because I already knew she wouldn’t fill those 2 prescriptions, but she kept going on and on as if I were talking back to her. This treatment is ridiculous! I just had all of my prescriptions transferred to that CVS, and now I’ll be sending them somewhere else. What a pain!! No other CVS pharmacy manager that I know of does this! To be safe, I’m switching to Walgreen’s. This is ludicrous!

I was with Walgreens for many years. Worse service no one smiles and always waiting on line, because never had enough help. Switched to CVS on Georgia Rd, so glad I did. Everyone smiles and are very helpful.No notating on long lines, since they always have plenty of help

Pharmacist I spoke took was absolutely rude. They did not process my insurance correctly then told me to call my insurance. I was not able to get my medication. The pharmacist did not say anything technically rude but all females know we take on a fake professional tone with a snarky voice. This is why I typically have my meds filled in mauldin.

Terrible, terrible service with the pharmacy filling prescriptions in a timely manner. I was given a promise time of 12 p.m. . Pulled in the drive thru at 12:14 and was told I could come in & wait 30-45 minutes or come back at 3. This has happened on multiple occasions. Then an hour ago I ordered an item for pickup and it was canceled a few minutes ago because they were out of stock. The app is useless and the pharmacy team needs more pharmacists!

They send automated texts monthly saying my prescriptions are ready for pick up. I drive over and they are never ready. It turns into 3 trips… one prescription they will not refill until I am completely out si repeatedly miss a day and in the weekend because they close so early it turns into 2-3 days before I can get my medication. They automatically refill the expensive drugs wether I need them or not but I have to beg for the one I need. It’s horrible. They make me feel like I am doing something wrong. The most unreliable pharmacy I ever experienced.
